Het huis en de plek waren prachtig. Maar van binnen mag er wat wel worden vernieuwd. Keuken oud. Geen enkele luxe. Koelkast kapot. Tv kapot daarvoor kwamen ze een nieuwe brengen. Maar een kleinere konden ze niet vinden . Voor met 8 personen om op te kijken veel te klein. Oud koffiezet apparaat. Nee mag wel wat geïnvesteerd worden dan is het helemaal perfect . Bedden boven waren oud en slecht. Maar toch hebben we daar een fijne week gehad!! Zou dit aan de investeerder door geven. Kunnen ze ook meer huur vragen. Gr Fam Planjer als dit wordt gedaan zou ik zeker dit huis aanbevelen.
Lovely stay in a wonderful villa! The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool is amazing. The owners are lovely people, and take such good care of the property. We would really like to come again.
The Villa is lovely,rustic and charming and is set in amongst olive trees and vineyards. Great spacious grounds for our use.
Paolo the friendly owner lives very close by and was attentive. We saw him everyday tending to the pool and to his vines.
The Villa is built on different levels and so there are steps in the property and outside.nb. some steps are steep.
The third bedroom upstairs is not easy to access and not suitable for young children or elderly.The bedroom has deep open wooden steps to it and needs a handrail or bar to help.

Family of 10 stayed for a week in this beautiful house. Everything was perfect. Well maintained and lot of things to do e.q ping pong table, billiard table etc etc. I fully recommend and would like to come again.
Excellent, well-located, spacious, comfortable, well cared for, and spotless villa. Total privacy. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and dining area. Traditional farmhouse renovated to a very high standard. Beautifully kept garden and plants, lots of surrounding green and shade. Gorgeous swimming pool immersed in olive groves. Walking distance from Palaia, a very pleasant small ridge-top village, with bar, gelateria and several good ristorante. Housekeeper Monia, was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Owner very responsive to our requests. Gardner a real local character who takes great pride in his work. Photos and info on the web-site are accurate. Highly recommended for a family stay.
Wonderful apartments in a wonderful location in southern Tuscany 20-30 minutes away from my favorite Etruscan hilltop towns in the heart of wine country. It was a very clean place with great apartments with kind gracious hosts and an awesome pool my children loved! Small kitchens as shown in pictures but we managed and only had trouble when we needed a spatula for cooking only to find none. Still this was the favorite place my family stayed at on our 24-day European holiday!
