[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Everything was wonderful: the house was beautiful and spacious, with a lovely, well-equipped pool and plenty of well-maintained outdoor space; but above all, the owners—Erica and Fabio—were very friendly, personable, and helpful.
The nearby town, just a few kilometers away, offers supermarkets and restaurants.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house was very comfortable for our needs (7 adults) thanks to the two separate apartments; it was clean and well-maintained. Outside, there were several tables where we could all find a shady spot to eat together. The abundance of sun loungers and umbrellas was an added bonus alongside the spacious pool, which we essentially had all to ourselves (though, theoretically, the owner—who lives opposite—also uses it).
A shared recreation room provided a cooler retreat during the day. We were very pleased to find insect screens in every room; they were certainly necessary, as there were plenty of mosquitoes.
The location offers a beautiful view. Unfortunately, access to the property is via a relatively narrow bridge, and the price of such wonderful tranquility is that the nearest shop is a 12-minute drive away—which feels quite far unless you happen to be out and about anyway.
The Wi-Fi connection works really well only in the common room and by the pool (we viewed this as a form of "digital detox").Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A quietly situated home on a lovely, characterful village square in a small village, centrally located between Arezzo, Florence, and Siena. It serves as an excellent base for exploring much of Tuscany. A car is essential, however, as there are limited shops and restaurants within walking distance. The property is clean, spacious, and well-equipped for two people, although the supply of cutlery and glassware is somewhat limited. You can easily sit outside on the square right in front of the house, though the chairs aren't particularly comfortable. Due to its semi-basement location, the home is a bit dark, but this does keep it relatively cool during the summer months. Irene is a perfect and very warm-hearted hostess; she provided great tips in advance, ensured a warm welcome, and remained easily accessible throughout our stay for any further information or recommendations.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico?
