Lovely staff, lovely area, great apartment and really nice to sit out at night. It seemed a little tired however and provided very few essentials, when travelling from another country, you hope that a few items will be provided. Overall, we had a nice stay.
Sehr schönes Appartement in einer gepflegten Anlage. Ruhige, aber für uns perfekte Ausgangslage für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, San Filippo, etc. Den Pool haben wir gerne täglich zur Abkühlung genutzt. Emanuela und Carlo sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Our family (two adults and two children) had a wonderful time at Casa Lucia. The place was exactly what we had hoped for—and the view was even more spectacular than we had imagined. The house itself is fully equipped and features a fantastic private pool just 10 meters away. We are especially grateful to Stefano, the host, whose valuable tips greatly helped us explore Tuscany. It is certainly a place worth recommending, whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday spent between the house and the pool or an active trip exploring Tuscany’s magnificent sights. Its location between Florence and Siena is a huge advantage.
This is a beautiful property with so much to enjoy with wonderful grounds for peaceful relaxation. the outdoor sitting and eating opportunities were great. the villa itself is gorgeously appointed and decorated. the entrance hall and the large room central on the first floor are great. the air con worked well. The pool area was attractive and easy to reach. Supermarket just a two minute drive made things easy for food etc. The villa and Pescia are well-placed for visiting a number of other towns and sights in the area. and Pisa airport is only 45 minutes away.
We were well looked after and it all felt very private.
Would happily recommend to anyone. we had a great time and would return.
Très chouette villa qui est séparée en deux appartements distincts. Les espaces extérieurs sont super, nous avons passé une semaine très chouette. Il y a des chèvres à 100m qui ont beaucoup amusé les enfants. Les propriétaires très gentils nous ont apporté à deux reprises des légumes du potager, ils ont été là quand nous avons eu besoin d'eux . La piscine etait nickel, nettoyée chaque matin, les espaces intérieurs étaient propres et la literie confortable. Il y a des moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre ce qui permet d'aérer la maison tous les soirs. La propriété est située non loin de Volterra. Merci de nous avoir reçu.
Villa San Pietro is perfect for a multi generational holiday. Space for all, a wonderful view and lovely trees to sit under. Beautifully kept and we would certainly recommend it. Close to shops and lovely towns to visit.
Nice and clean apartment on the top floor (elevator). Quiet and safe area close to beach, shopping center, bike rental, and old town with shops and restaurants. There was hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. It made the overall experience better by not having to buy such basic items.
