Le site est chouette et on mange très bien au restaurant, les prix sont corrects.
Le point faible est l'appartement qui est très mal équipé. Le balcon n'a pas de table ni de parasol. Une partie du mobilier est à peine utilisable tant il est vieux.
The apartment is located ca 1 km far from the beach in Riva Ligure, where you can find all you need for your stay and relaxation. Two double beds are good enough to sleep in, however, the folding sofa I would not recommend as it`s far from perfect condition. The balcony with its marvelous sea view is the most recommended part of the apartment, we have spent almost all of our time there. I would only recommend to install there a shading tent for morning hours. What was missing- it`s the air conditioning system, especially on the first hot days of the stay. Also, be prepared to fight mosquitos. Despite all of that it`s a perfect place to stay and enjoy the sea and beautiful Riva Ligure small town!
Lovely stay with amazing views! Absolutely gorgeous! ❤️ Would recommend travel during moderate weather, if weather sensitive. No A/C and rooms can get quite hot with warm weather. Or take advantage of gorgeous pool to cool off!
Arturo/Lefonti is an excellent location with a magnificient view to all sides but especially at the swimming pool. Quiet and surrounded by vineyards and Olive trees.We hired the house with 3 bedrooms for two weeks: good facilities. Very friendly manager and other personal.. Lefonti is a good starting point for visiting Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra. We recommend ARTURO warmly.
Pictures and description on site can’t explain the quality, or cleanliness, in detail. The villa, location and service where fantastic, as was the hospitality of the owner. Great restaurant across the road and many other convenience stores in walking distance. Cavriglia is well situated for visiting places and of course wine tasting. One of the best holidays had, mostly thanks to the host/owner , the villa and amazing pool (essential during the heatwave)! Thank you and see you again.
We want to come back, we miss Patrizia and the villa!
Un séjour très agréable avec nos deux enfants ! beaucoup de visites car l'endroit est stratégique, à 1h de tout (Pise, Florence, Sienne, Luca, Livourne etc) en voiture. (courses alimentaires à 5-8 minutes en voiture)
piscine, tennis, la verdure autour, très propre, bien entretenu, et très ressourçant !
Appartement au rdc, convenable pour le séjour., lits confortables.
L'hôte discrète, et accueillante.
Nous recommandons ce bien !
