Ein absolut tolle Unterkunft. Pool ist fantastisch, das Grundstück liebevoll angelegt. Für zwei Familien ideal geeignet, weil es zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten sind. Der Vermieter spricht nur italienisch, aber das Vermietungsbüro hat gerne vermittelt.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] An absolutely great place to stay. Pool is fantastic, the property lovingly landscaped. Ideally suited for two families because it is two separate accommodation units. The landlord only speaks Italian, but the rental office was happy to mediate.
The villa is nice with a lot of past charm, but the real highlight was the service from Maria G she was amazing . She made us good breakfast and diner. Minus points: The wifi is not good . 3 bathrooms are good but one is to be renovated, the shower was not working as it should.
Een keurig schoon appartement. Het appartement ligt in het dorp midden tussen de Italianen zonder veel toeristen om je heen. Het strand is ongeveer een kwartier lopen. De auto kan geparkeerd worden op het gazon en is makkelijk te bereiken via de hoofdweg. Vanuit de tuin lijkt het alsof het appartement in de kelder zit maar aan de voorzijde is het de begane grond. Dit komt door het natuurlijk aanwezige hoogteverschil.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A neat and clean apartment. The apartment is in the village among Italians without many tourists around you. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. The car can be parked on the lawn and is easily accessible from the main road. From the garden it looks like the flat is in the basement but at the front it is the ground floor. This is due to the naturally present difference in height.
We had a wonderful stay in vilino alba. House is perfectly equiped and we had a nice time with the whole family.
Location on a hill allowed for a constant breeze, very nice during the heatwave.
The only the way to the house is a small road full of sand and stones, ok if you drive very slowly.
Two minor points, during our stay due to the heat the color of the Swimming pool turned green, so the owners came to rescue and solved the problem very quickly.
Second unexpected was the extra cost for the usage of the jacuzzi. Not well described and even taken of the deposit at the end of our stay. Unpleasant surprise at the end.

De laatste 3 kilometer is een beste klim zelfs met de auto. Niet echt geschikt voor onervaren bestuurders.

The last 3 kilometres is really a climb even by car. Not really suitable for inexperienced drivers.
This villa, which generously sleeps 10 (plus we had a crib for a baby), is beautifully situated in San Feliciano next to the shore of Lake Trasimeno and at the center of many of the Tuscan and Umbrian towns of interest. The villa itself, with separate first floor unit accommodating 4 and second floor unit for 6, ideally suited our party. The outdoor terrace with its ample dining options and view over the valley to San Savino, was enjoyed by everyone for meals and fellowship. The pool was a life-saver, as central Italy was experiencing a drought and close to 100 degrees F. every day. The support staff was responsive. One small issue: For a rental of this cost, there should have been adequate dish detergent and dish washer soap, laundry soap, and toilet paper for a party of 10 for one week. There was not. For very little cost, the rental could have supplied these essentials. We give this rental an enthusiastic thumbs up!
Samen met mijn twee dochters (12 en 10) en de hond verbleven we in Al Melo in de week van 16 tot 23 juli. Het huisje was wat aan de kleine kant en beetje traditioneel ingericht, maar aangezien we veel op uitstap waren en verder veel tijd buiten doorbrachten, waar de accommodatie zeker wel op voorzien was, stoorde de beperkte ruimte ons niet echt. De absolute toppunten aan Al Melo: zwembad voor privégebruik (zwembad is naast de woning van de eigenaar gelegen, maar hij voorziet enkel in onderhoud), airco in de woning!!!! (was echt super gezien de hitte!) en heel vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw! Ook zeer proper en de gigantische tuin is perfect onderhouden!! Wij hebben alvast hard genoten van onze vakantie en voor onze doeleinden was de accommodatie absoluut geschikt!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Together with my two daughters (12 and 10) and the dog, we stayed in Al Melo in the week from 16 to 23 July. The cottage was a bit on the small side and a bit traditionally furnished, but as we were out and about a lot and otherwise spent a lot of time outdoors, which the accommodation certainly catered for, the limited space did not really bother us. The absolute best things about Al Melo: swimming pool for private use (pool is located next to the owner's house, but he only provides maintenance), air conditioning in the house!!!! (was really super given the heat!) and very friendly hosts! Also very clean and the gigantic garden is perfectly maintained!!! We certainly enjoyed our holiday very much and for our purposes the accommodation was absolutely suitable!
