Very beautiful, quiet and secluded location with a unique view. The pool makes it easy to stay out even on hot days, and several seating areas, including under trees, make the grounds very versatile.
The flat is furnished in a rural and functional style, in keeping with the house, and lovingly decorated. The sanitary facilities are clean. The owners are very helpful and friendly. A place to relax, we will be very happy to come back.
The estate is such a dreamy place! We had a company workation there for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment there. The host was there to check on us every couple of days and was always available for questions. The house is newly renovated and the pool is big enough to actually swim lanes. Also, you can reach beaches in all directions (sandy & stone) within 15 minutes. We had an amazing time and I would love to come back! All the best and thank you for having us! Nicole
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Exceptionally beautiful place to spend a holiday. Deficiencies in the accommodation were quickly remedied. I found the many mosquitoes negative, but no one can do anything about that.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very beautiful view from the terrace. Behind the house is a beautiful sandy beach. In front of the house is a rocky beach with spectacular rocks. The apartment was clean on the whole. Overall it is a nice place to relax.
Wonderful house, beautiful and really big garden area and a perfect swimming pool. Very friendly owners who provided good advices for activities. We spend one week in the house and really enjoyed it. It is perfect for two families as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are on first floor and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor, so that everyone has its private area. Also staying there with a dog was easy, as there is lots of space in the garden and everything ist sourounded with a fence. We will definetly book that house again.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The price-performance ratio is right. The complex is very nicely situated. Everything has served its purpose. If you want to stay somewhere more posh, you have to choose something else. All in all, we liked it very much.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice house with a very good location. Very nice owner who, for example, takes care of the pool every day. Perugia, Arezzo, LaViala, Assisi - just to name a few possibilities - no problem. You can also go to Perugia by train. The beautiful Cortona is nearby. Table football, table tennis and a swing for children round things off.
