Easily the best accommodation we have had on our whole trip round Italy. Lovely little property in a quiet Tuscan village, with a great welcome from beautiful hosts. What more can you expect?
Posizione eccellente, vista spettacolare, zona tranquilla e fresca. Posto auto coperto comodissimo. L’appartamento è pulito e ordinato. Unica pecca è piuttosto trascurato sugli arredi e il bagno interno, es. box doccia che è in piedi con il vento a favore! Con una spesa contenuta si potrebbe migliorare notevolmente. Nel complesso buona struttura che consiglio.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Excellent location, spectacular view, quiet and cool area. Very comfortable carport. The apartment is clean and tidy. The only flaw is rather neglection on the furnishings and the internal bathroom, ex. shower stall that is standing with the wind in favor! With a limited cost, it could be considerably improved. Overall good property that I recommend.
We had a lovely stay in this cottage in the mountains. Very well cared for with a beautiful swimming pool and garden. Nice restaurants in the vicinity ( 10 min drive), 45 min to the sea/ lucca area.
Great villa with an amazing view of Pisa. The staff was helpful and you have everything you need at your room. The restaurant at the villa was very good as well.
Tip: You should have a car to get there, because there are no public transportation near by.
All in all, a very positive experience and I highly recommend the place!
De villa voldeed ruim aan onze verwachtingen in alles. Mooi zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Goede keuken met pannen en servies en ruim voldoende. Maar vooral het uitzicht vanaf de veranda blijft nog lang hangen. We hebben hier een top vakantie gehad.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The villa more than met our expectations in everything. Nice swimming pool with nice sun beds. Good kitchen with pans and crockery and more than enough. But especially the view from the porch lingers for a long time. We had a great holiday here.
C'est notre troisième séjour à la Casa Rosa et nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés. La maison est très belle et nous aimons sa rusticité authentique. L'emplacement isolé, sans aucun voisins à proximité et la vue que nous avons font partie des charmes que nous apprécions tout particulièrement. Le propriétaire est charmant.
Quelques informations pour de possible futurs locataires:
Il y a un escalier en pierre, pour accéder aux chambres et pièces à vivre qui est un peu raide et sans doute peu adapté pour des personnes à la mobilité réduite.
On adore, et on reviendra.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] This is our third stay at Casa Rosa and we are still delighted. The house is very beautiful and we like its authentic rusticity. The secluded location, with no nearby neighbors and the view we have are part of the charms that we particularly appreciate. The owner is charming.
Some information for possible future renters:
There is a stone staircase, to access the rooms and living rooms which is a bit steep and probably not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We love it, and we'll come back.
We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful villa. The villa is clean, specious and well equipped. The property is nicely maintained with trees and a lots of plants. The sunsets seen from the villa are unforgettable.
The pool area is also great and we enjoyed the pool itself as well especially the kids.
The only disadvantage is the long rough and sometimes quite steep road from the nearest city leading to the house. But we made it also with a regular car but with a SUV it would be much easier.
It was a wonderful stay. Sending thanks the owners and the garden keeper.
Accueil agréable de toute l'équipe dont Simone et à l'écoute, l'appartement était bien équipé et très propre avec de gentille attention ( bouteille de vin, jolie nappe, savonnette, potager, laverie gratuite à disposition,..). Très joli cadre bien entretenu avec de belles vues sur la campagne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir avec nos adolescents.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Nice welcome from all the team including Simone, the apartment was well equipped and very clean with nice attentions (bottle of wine, pretty tablecloth, soap, vegetable garden, free laundry available, ..). Very nice, well maintained setting with beautiful views of the countryside. We had a great time and will come back with great pleasure with our teenagers.
