We visited villa in the end of May with a group of 32 people and had there a great wedding party. Rooms were nice and clean, with a possibility to cook, make coffee.
Most of the time we spent next to the pool, water temperature was nice refreshing, panorama was excellent.
Villas managers were super friendly and ready to help if we needed some help.
We also booked a wedding dinner that was tasty and again really great service!

Beautiful spot - everything was as expected and the hospitality was outstanding. Location is perfect for touring around the Florence area.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und idyllisch zwischen Olivenhain und Weinberg. Morgens kräht teilweise ein Hahn und es gibt eine automatische Bewässerungsanlage für den Garten, die ihre Geräusche macht, hierdurch können sehr hellhörige geweckt werden, aber die Zimmer sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch sehr dicht. Der Weg zum Haus ist mit großem Auto etwas beschwerlich, weil eng und uneben.
Dafür überzeugt das Haus aber mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und mit bestmöglicher Ausstattung, angefangen bei Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, auch Liegehandtücher für den Pool sind vorhanden. Ordentliche Matratzen, sehr gute Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und kleine Pröbchen im Badezimmer. Daneben gibt es genügend Sonnenschirme, Holzkohlegrill und Pizzaofen (bei uns war alles für den Gebrauch der Geräte vorhanden). Die Küche beinhaltet neben Geschirr auch Weingläser und Öffner, sowie eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine und eine Dolce Gusto Padvariante.
Vorhanden sind auch eine kleine Waschküche mit Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Waschmaschine, sowie zweitem Kühlschrank, was bei der Zahl der Personen die untergebracht werden können viel wert ist. Wir waren insgesamt sehr begeistert von der Sauberkeit, der tollen Lage mit Meerblick und der super guten Ausstattung des Hauses. We fell in love with Villa Clara. The villa was in excellent condition and had been recently restored. The floors were tile and stone, the old plaster had all been restored, is was great for a large group. I plan to return. We are traveling to Sicily next year because I have friends who are looking for their roots, if it were my choice, we would go back to Villa Clara and wonderful Lucca every year.

I just returned from a stay at the Villa and loved it. It truly felt like you were under the Tuscan sun. The Villa was easy to find which was good. The rooms were large with nice modern bathrooms and clean

We had an extraordinary experience that exceeded expectations! The Villa was rustic, but very comfortable and the surroundings magnificent. This was just what we were looking for. We were immediately at ease. The living areas supported an easy living style, providing space for group engagement or private quiet relaxation. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the bedrooms and baths. The kitchen facilities were wonderful and the accompanying utensils and dinner ware quite satisfactory.”

Es handelt sich bei diesem Objekt um ein im 17. Jahrhundert gebautes Haus mit einer langen Geschichte. Es wurde immer wieder saniert und teilweise auch etwas verbaut, weil die Besitzer zwischendurch die alte Bauweise nicht zu schätzen wussten. Die Einrichtung spiegelt den alten Charme wider. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charme. Der Garten ist sehr groß und schön angelegt. Neben einem Pool und Whirlpool gibt es auch eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Grillplatz. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Montepulciano. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist traumhaft für Gruppen, die Entspannung suchen und die Zeit miteinander genießen wollen.

This property is a 17th century house with a long history. It was developed again and again and partly rebuilt, because the owners in between could not estimate the old construction. The decor reflects the old charm. Each room has its own charm. The garden is very large and nicely laid out. In addition to a pool and hot tub, there is also a ping-pong table and a barbecue area. The property is situated on a hill overlooking Montepulciano. We were a party of 7 adults and 2 children. The villa is very spacious and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. The villa had everything you needed including a BBQ. A large pool which was cleaned every morning before we were up. A wonderful place to stay.
