Wij hebben genoten van de ruime grote schone villa op de eerste verdieping. Voldoende voor twee gezinnen (8 pers.) De vriendelijke gastvrije huiseigenaar Marco is antiekhandelaar en dit zie je terug in de mooie antieke meubels en aankleding in huis en tuin. De grote ruime tuin is omgeven door veel bomen waardoor je echt het gevoel hebt dat je helemaal vrij zit. Het zwembad met acht heerlijke ligbedden met parasols zijn een luxe die wij intensief gebruikt hebben met het warme weer. De buitendouche naast het zwembad is fijn, zo ook de badkamer (douche / wc ) achter het zwembad. De stenen BBQ is goed waardoor we elke avond hebben gebarbecued en en tot laat hebben nagetafeld bij het vuurtje. Dat er beneden onder de overkapping een extra grote koelkast staat is ideaal voor het drank en vlees. (Hoef je niet steeds naar boven naar de keuken) Onze kinderen hebben veel getafelvoetbalt en 's avonds verstoppertje gespeeld in de grote tuin. Er is voldoende keukengerei zoals schalen en pannen. Het is een prima verblijf als je van hieruit de steden Florence, Arezzo en Sienna wilt bekijken. Al raden wij ook de kleine plaatjes in de buurt te bezoeken zoals Anghiari en Cortana. In Castiglion Fiorentino heb je een geweldige betaalbare eetgelegenheid Roggi met mooi uitzicht en vriendelijke bediening.

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub (Juli 2016) in so einem perfekten Haus mit riesigem sehr gepflegten Grundstück. Wir (2 Familien, 11 Pers.) haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und immer die besten Erinnerungen. Pool, Pizzaofen, Grill, Platz zum Fußball spielen, gemütliche Zimmer und keine Nachbarn. Beautiful house, nicely decorated, lovely owners across the street, who also have an excellent wine shop and restaurant. Essentials for breakfast and coffee, tea provided, so no worries if you arrive late at night. Perfect location if you like living in the heart of the city.

We loved our time with Fulvia and her husband Umberto...They made our stay in Tuscany a lifetime of memorable! Their home is so beautiful and I miss it already. My adult children, my husband and I had a great exprerience being there. They als own an awesome, beautiful restaurant which we went to and we were treated like royalty...

Im Le Vigne haben wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies vor allem, da es sehr sauber ist und gut unterhalten. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Ort ist zwar nicht "touristisch" aber sehr gut gelegen um nach Lucca, Pisa, Siena etc. zu fahren. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder mieten.
