Nice located apartment. Basic furniture an basic kitchentools. Very nice pool aerea, beautiful view.

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme avec une place réservée de parking, accès aux plages à quelques minutes à pied. Une grande terrasse ombragée et un petit espace jardin rendent ce logement très agréable. Ce logement très fonctionnel mérite un petit refraichissement et un grand coup de nettoyage (la terrasse et le barbecue aussi).

4 score, bergweggetje naar het huis wel erg smal. Verder mooie ligging, mooi schoon en smaakvol ingerichte ruimtes, prachtige tuin en mooi zwembad. Jammer dat Electra nog eens extra betaald moest worden 350 EUR terwijl airco zeer beperkt gebruikt is en verlichting en jacuzzi eveneens niet.

We actually stayed for eight weeks and loved every minute. The location is private, very quiet and very close to everything: Florence 20 minutes, shopping and restaurants 5 minutes at most.The pool is the best I've encountered and it is maintained beautifully. Everything one needs for a good time is at this Villa! We loved the outdoor kitchen (a real bonus for cooks) and outdoor shower. Tennis anyone? Yes, there is that too, with lights, a changing room with bathroom and two showers. We hope to return.

Lovely quiet location , lovely owner with good English,great location from which to explore,pool area clean and tidy as is all of the property.

Accomodation was excellent overlooking San G. The hosts very responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds, showers, safe & secure. Very clean. Awesome swimming pool. Only feedback is the signage at the front of the property could be improved to help guests find when first arriving. Overall very happy and would return.
