Accueil des propriétaires chaleureux. Ils ont été très attentifs à nos demandes tout au long du séjour qui réserve de nombreuses attentions délicates de leur part. Gîte spacieux et confortable, au calme et avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Belle et grande piscine très propre (nettoyée quotidiennement) entourée par de nombreux transats et parasols. Bravo à Paolo et Sandra pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.
Les chiens sont bien accueillis. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Warmly welcomed by the owners. They were very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We got many delicate attentions from them. Spacious and comfortable lodging, quiet and with a breathtaking view over the valley. Large and very clean swimming pool (daily cleaned!) surrounded by several sun loungers and parasols. Congratulations to Paolo and Sandra for their kindness and hospitality.
Dogs are welcome. Good quality/price ratio.

Big house, lots of space. Also a nice, private terrace outside with a roof. The complex has a very beautiful view on the surroundings. Quiet and serene agriturismo. Very nice pool. Disadvantages: to go to the swimmingpool, you have to walk 10 minutes, and that walk also includes a very steep hill. Not very handy with three small children. No WIFI in the house itself, only in a WIFI space located near the reception, a 10-15 minute walk on a very steep hill (five minutes further than the swimming pool, the soccer pitch is also located there).Lots of big! spiders, mosquitos and other vermin in the house. Equipment needs some repairs, stove didn't work as it was supposed to, several defect light bulbs. The owner (son of the previous owner?) was not very friendly. No warm welcome with a bottle of wine or olive oil, no information about the agriturismo and surroundings, no possibility to buy freshly baked bread in the morning like we experienced in other agriturismos.

location was isolated and private, property is well maintained and a good size for our party of 13. Pool was cold when we arrived but had heated by 3rd day.

As other wrote before us, it´s a bit longer from the highway to the house than we thought when reading the instructions. Others from that it was a wonderful place to stay at. Beautiful garden, excellent view and a nice private pool. We will definitely book the same place again if we go back to that area in Italy! The only problem was mosquitos in the evening, but we guess that it was because of the strange weather with much rain they had in July this year (2014).

A lovely spacious villa. The outside eating area was great and the swimming pool fantastic. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful location, we would definitely recommend it.

We can't recommend Palazzo Rosadi highly enough. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way. First, the Palazzo and the grounds are even more beautiful than is conveyed in the pictures. The gardens and pool are extremely well kept, and the pool is 10 meters long, and comfortable for swimming laps. The best part of the stay however is the Rosadi family itself. The property has been in the family for centuries, and the house for hundreds of years. They love the property and it shows. We were welcomed as members of the family in every way. When Rosado Rosadi says Buongiorno my good friend, he means it. He provided us with tips and insights on everything, took us on a tour of a Franciscan monastery we never would otherwise have seen and essentially did whatever was necessary to make our stay enjoyable, without in any way intruding on our privacy. The area is filled with "gems" in small historic towns and castles that you would never otherwise visit, from the Madonna del Parto in Monterchi to the recently discovered (after 500 years sitting unrecognized) Donatello sculpture in nearby Citerna, to the amazing Franciscan monastery/castle at La Verna. We thought we would be yearning for more time in the big cities, but we had more than enough to do in three weeks with only one day trip to Florence. This was a fabulous experience!!!
