Lovely house, very functional and great floorplan.
The pool was very nice, but would have been even better with a bigger deck area around the pool and also a tiled walkway from the house to the pool.
Groot huis met zwembad waarvoor je slechts een paadje over hoeft te steken. Eigenaren hebben het huis recent voorzien van airco op de bovenste 2 slaapkamers. Wat zeer welkom was! Keuken voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om heerlijk te kunnen koken en bakken. Eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij. Ligt wat afgelegen.
The House is perfect for a Family or Dog owners - the views are spectacular and the location is really great - just a few minutes away from the village. the absolut only thing that would make this house even better - would be a pool. the Owner was amazing and we would recomend this to absolutly everybody!
A fantastic place. Beautiful house, with truly beautiful surroundings. The house is older, but with great charm. And the host, who lives nearby, is very hospitable.
The owner and Easy Reserve staff could not have been more helpful. All communications were prompt and friendly, especially with the Easy Reserve What’s App. We really appreciated the beautiful pool area.
We had a wonderful time while at Villa Le Buche. The staff was wonderful and immediately responded to every question and concern. The location was centrally located in Tuscany and perfect for going on many day trips. The villa was gorgeous and fit our family of 23 adults 3 babies quite nicely. We had one overall issue in all the bedrooms was the air conditioning not getting cool enough. Despite setting thermostats down to 23 they never seemed to get below 27 which made for warm sleeping as the temps were very high. Our second big issue was ants swarming into villa to the point where the annex room was swarming in suitcases. There is only one small washer/dryer on site and with a place that large and that many people it proved to be a challenge especially when the cleaning folks were using it as well. Every planned activity dinner, tasting, and cooking classes were wonderful.
Die Lage ist sagenhaft, allerdings ist der Zustand der Anlage nicht gut. Gut sind die neuen Elektrogeräte in der Küche und die Waschmaschine. Nicht gut sind die elektrischen Installationen, die Gebrauchsanleitung welche absolut veraltet ist, keine Pool Reinigung in 10 Tagen, Fernbedienungen der Klimaanlagen haben nicht funktioniert da Batterien leer. Man hat klar gemerkt, dass niemand eine Endkontrolle vor der Übergabe gemacht hat. Absolut unakzeptabel war der Zustand der Zimmers im Untergeschoss. Es rocht recht muffelig, schon in der ersten Nacht war der Abfluss des WC verstopft und es dauerte 2 Tage bis es repariert war. Die Handwerker waren alle sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer kann aber keinesfalls als vollwertiges Zimmer gesehen werden, somit ist das Haus für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Die Helpline war in der zweiten Woche überlastet und ich musste immer eskalieren um Gehör zu bekommen.
WLAN ist ein Problem wegen lediglich 2 Antennen
