We had a wonderful stay at Il Doccio. It was everything we hoped for and more.We were a party of 15 ,three families, and we found it was the perfect place to combine times together and quieter times on our own. The accommodation was traditionally Italian and spotlessly clean. The pool was a great size and used daily by all.The setting was beautiful and the owners very helpful .We especially enjoyed the cooking lesson and meal afterwards. There are lots of places to visit in the area for a truly authentic Italian experience.I would highly recommend Il Doccio to families or large groups.
Zeer mooie woning, goed verzorgd, nieuwe keuken, ruime slaapkamers, alle voorzieningen dichtbij, schoonmaak wordt tussendoor geregeld, zelfs de was wordt voor je gedaan. Voldoende ruimte rondom het huis. Bijzonder is de geschiedenis van de familie/eigenaren en het pand zelf.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice property, well cared for, new kitchen, spacious bedrooms, all amenities nearby, cleaning will be arranged in between, even the laundry is done for you. Sufficient space around the house. The history of the family / owners and the property itself is very particular.

well situated with a view of the Tuscan landscape. the couple caretakers is really very nice and listening to all renters.
Zeer mooie locatie. Appartementen zelf niet heel ruim, maar volop ruimte in en om het huis. Zwembad in het weekend druk, maar zeer ruim en met voldoende meubilair. Goed restaurant op het terrein met korting voor gasten. Boodschappen op loopafstand en veel mooie uitstapjes te maken in de omgeving. Een locatie die een sjieke indruk maakt, maar mede door de hartelijke eigenaren/ medewerkers snel als thuis voelt.

Swimming pool is crowded during the weekend but very spacious and with adequate furniture. Good restaurant on site with discounts for guests. Within walking distance for grocery and many beautiful trips nearby. A location that makes a chic impression, but quickly feels like home because of the warm owners / staff.
Beautiful place and well located with lots of interesting towns nearby. Owner very helpful with suggestions about places to visit (and park when you get there), restaurant bookings etc. Recommended.
L appartement est parfait. Je pense qu il serait important d avoir une bonne carte des alentours, des epiceries et des restaurants. Il dedrait y avoir du savons pour le lave linge et le lave vaisselle. L appartement est tres bien situe et une vue superbe. Il devrait repare l air climatise de la chambre avec la salle de bain, elle est bruyante. C est un aprt superbe a loue et abordable. A y retourner et a recommender. Au plaisir

The apartment is very well located and has great views. They should repaire the air conditioning in the room with the bathroom as it is noisy. It is a wonderful and affordable rental apartment. This is delightful apartment with a delightful host. The property is in excellent order and the views from the living room and bedroom are gorgeous. Great security as access to the courtyard is by remote controlled gate. Easy access with a car. At least two (we only ate at two; one twice) restaurants within 3 minutes walk of the front door. Highly recommended. Our only challenge was being unfamiliar with Italian addresses we found the property difficult to find as our GPS wouldn't accept the official address. Bill W. New Zealand.
