The villa and gardens are just wonderful, and we were so well looked after by Rosado, many thanks again. The villa has everything a large group needs, we were very comfortable. We had such a great holiday, visiting many places recommended to us by Rosado, including Lake Trasimeno. A magical place to stay, the view from the dining room was our favourite.

We had a fantastic week at La Capinera. Its perfectly located in the Tuscan hillside, with great views, piece and quiet and good links for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Siena etc.
The property has been well maintained with the owners obviously making a continuous investment into this property. The swimming pool was great, even in April! - our 2 year old daughter had lots of fun.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay here at Villa Fontine.Your beautiful house and stunning property were greadly enjoyed. The little touches such as lovely paintings, fresh flowers in our rooms made us feel very welcome and at home. Our boys had a wonderful time playing soccer with your family , and we really appreciate your kindness towards them. Our stay at Villa La Chiusa Schnautzer surpass all our expectations. It was a wonderful house, the surroundings very beautiful with command a fine view of Luca. The owners, Pino and Orsola, were very very kind people. Life should be like every day in Toscane at Pino's place.
