Fantastic property in beautiful surroundings with comfortable indoor and outdoor living space.
Wir haben in der Villa Poderino einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderbar, eingebettet in Weinstöcke und Olivenbäume. Das eingezäunte Grundstück war für unseren Hund hervorragend. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge und zum Strand, dennoch ist es absolut ruhig. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung und gute Restaurants.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We spent a very nice family holiday at Villa Poderino. The house is very clean and well equipped. The garden with the pool is wonderful, nestled among vines and olive trees. The fenced property was excellent for our dog. The location is ideal for excursions and to the beach, yet it is absolutely quiet. There are good shopping opportunities in the nearby area and good restaurants.

Ich muss jedoch einen Stern abziehen für die 100€ Endreinigung (viel zu teuer), und die Bademöglichkeiten am Strand von Viareggio durch die Privaten Strandabschnitte die den Badespaß erheblich einschränken. Und man somit an sein Auto angewiesen ist um an einen Freien Strand zu gelangen mit einer Autofahrt von gut 15 Minuten.
Die schönen Momente hatten wir Pisa ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

However, I have to deduct a star for the €100 final cleaning (far too expensive), and the swimming opportunities on the beach in Viareggio due to the private beach sections, which significantly limit bathing fun. And you have to rely on your car to get to a free beach, which takes a good 15 minutes by car.
We had the beautiful moments in Pisa, about 30 minutes away by car.
This villa is exactly what I wanted from a Tuscany experience. The sunrise and the sunsets are fantastic, the pool is serene, the rooms are elegantly simple and it fitted our two families (4 adults and 4 kids) very well. Located about 35 mins south of Pisa you have a great location for day trips. The actual location (4 mins drive up a path) is remote (15 mins from a supermarket) but that’s what makes it special. And the host is a delight to talk to as well.
Quality rental and holiday experience that exceeded our every expectation. Cristina, the woman who was our point of contact, is an amazing person and ensured we had everything we needed. The few issues that came up were addressed immediately and satisfactorily. The villa is better than the pics, and a few highlights include: fully stocked kitchen that was clean, organized and easy to use; the living area is extremely comfortable with excellent seating and enough for everyone; several areas for dining that can seat everyone; bedrooms and bathrooms that are well stocked, clean and comfortable; the pool and area around it are everything anyone could ask for; and, the view is GORGEOUS! A few ideas to make this exceedingly comfortable, enjoyable villa better would be simply more plastic glasses to take drinks to the pool area, and wine glasses that are not so nice (thicker glass). That said, we weren't charged for broken glass. This villa is operated by real professionals. For the price this is the best rental we've ever encountered.

Casa ubicata in luogo straordinario, avvolta da cipressi e ulivi. Dal terrazzo si gode di una vista molto bella su Follonica che al tramonto diventa spettacolare. Casa molto confortevole e adatta sia a famiglie che a gruppi di amici. Posizione non vicinissima al mare , ma ció permette di girare un po le spiaggie.

From the terrace you can enjoy a very beautiful view of Follonica which becomes spectacular at sunset. Very comfortable house and suitable for both families and groups of friends. Location not very close to the sea, but this allows you to change beaches.
The best location and amenities. Family running the place is amazing and go out of their way to make as comfortable as possible. Best holiday my family ever had.
