Wij zijn hier met ons gezin een weekje verbleven. De locatie vonden we super, super mooi gelegen aan de rand van een natuurgebied en op wandelafstand van het dorpje Bibbona. Het huisje zelf is basic, maar charmant. Het was wel heel proper en praktisch ingedeeld, meer heb je niet nodig! Wij hebben ook vooral genoten van de omgeving en het heerlijke zwembad.

We loved the location, beautifully situated on the edge of a nature reserve and within walking distance of the village of Bibbona. The cottage itself is basic but charming. It was very clean and practically laid out; you don't need anything more! We especially enjoyed the surroundings and the lovely pool.
Excellent séjour. Acceuil chaleureux par Luc et Jacqueline. La maison est magnifique et pleine de commodités (climatisation au sol, piscine naturelle, cuisine bien équipée). La localisation est parfaite pour visiter les villages du Val d'Orcia et Sienne.

Prachtig huis met mooie tuin, ruim terras en zwembad. Het zicht is adembenemend. De eigenaars wonen aan de andere zijde van het gebouw, zijn zeer vriendelijk en discreet. Absolute aanrader.

Wir waren dieses Jahr mit unseren drei Kindern bei Claudia und Franco und hatten den besten Urlaub seit langem! Die Unterkunft war bezaubernd, die Lage atemberaubend und die Gastgeber herzlich, man könnte schon sagen familiär. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Luogo molto bello, casa attrezzata come da descrizione, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Il panorama offre tramonti suggestivi sul lago Trasimeno. Materassi molto comodi. Abbiamo passato 15 gg. molto bene. Da ritornarci.

We had a great week in this comfortable and beautiful house. My two children loved the pool and Gian Luca and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The environment is wonderful! Thanks for everything!

Le coin Piscine est un vrai plus, on pourrrait y rester la journée et on ne sait pas privé pour le faire
A 15 mn des plages publiques de Viarregio...Et non, il n'est pas nécéssaire de se soumettre aux tarifs débils des plages privés , il ya des plages publique gratuites et non bondées
Pise et Lucca à même pas 30 mn
San geminiano et Volterra un poil plus loin mais ça se fait bien
Sienne que j'aime tant est à 1h30 mais Sienne ça se mérite

Laura and Claudia are charming, available, and discreet.
The pool area is a real plus; you could stay there all day, and we don't know where to go to do it.
15 minutes from the public beaches of Viarregio... And no, you don't have to pay the ridiculous rates of private beaches; there are free, uncrowded public beaches.
Pisa and Lucca are less than 30 minutes away.
San Geminiano and Volterra are a bit further away, but it's easy to get to.
Siena, which I love so much, is 1.5 hours away, but Siena is worth it.
Go for it... a great location.
L'appartement est tres bien situé à Peschici mais cet appartement manque totalement d'ustensile de cuisine: pas assez de verres et de mug pour 6 personnes , le four à gaz est très difficile à allumer, peu de casseroles et plats pour 6 personnes. je recommande aux propriétaires d'équiper sérieusement cet appartement
