If you want a quiet, comfortable and peaceful location this is the place for you. It’s has beautiful surroundings is very private and the location is only 30mins to 45mins from several great towns to visit.
Beautiful house in the hills of Lucca with great and lovely interior. Perfect for two big families. In the summer month you definitely need the air condition, which costs extra and is not very good. Also the pool should be cleaned during the week, what was not the case. If you want to go gorcery shopping or go to a Restaurant you always need the car.
Maison bien située non loin des plages et du centre ville de santa Teresa .Des extérieurs très agréables. . Des chambres au sous sol sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur. Voisinage un peu trop proche.

Enorm genoten van het heerlijke ruime appartement op een geweldige locatie aan het comomeer. Een levendig dorpje met de nodige leuke restaurantjes in een prachtige omgeving. Zeker aan te raden. Hardstikke vriendelijke geholpen en de mogelijkheid om online al in te checken was ook super fijn.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderfully spacious apartment in a fantastic location on Lake Como. It's a lively village with plenty of lovely restaurants in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended. The helpful staff was incredibly friendly, and the option to check in online was also a huge plus.
This is a nice house with a large garden, however, it does not correspond to the pictures on the website. The pictures were probably taken many years ago and now the house and garden need more love and care to feel welcoming and cared for. We were unlucky that basic functions (gas, hot water, refrigerator) did not work as they should during part or all of our stay. The pool is located on a part of the plot where there is also a lot of visible garbage that could have been easily removed. The garden is cozy but the benches there are to sit on are very unstable and worn. We had catering (arranged via easy reserve) in the house one evening and this Tuscan team were fantastic. It is a nice house that could have been a fantastic place if it had received a little more care from the owner. Best regards Helena
Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Logement impeccable, bien équipé, du vin était offert à l'arrivée (avec un petit mot d'accueil). Facile à trouver. Bien situé.
