Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were available to answer queries and fixed our minor problem very swiftly (within the hour).

Absolutely exquisite- perfect base for our 6 person family holiday ( age range 12-72) Modern villa in a sympathetic rural setting has everything. It marries the real self-catering base, having with every modern amenity, with easy accessibility to nearby towns and villages and the motorway for visits to Tuscany's major cities.
The host family's proximity was a huge bonus, their
determination to give us the bet possible holiday complimented with an equal regard for our privacy - the tour and tasting they arranged for us at a nearby winery was a particular highlight of our stay.

Eigentlich mit sehr schönes Aussicht und Pool schöne Anlage, aber leider in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer frequentierten Straße- kaum Ruhe, auch nachts.

The property is clean but basic. Only 1 wine glass! The pool is OK but rusty round the edges and only 2 working umbrellas. The beds are really uncomfortable.

Its rustic accommodation in a beautiful setting. Meals are good but the self catering was a bit basic eg no toaster after , no wine glasses ( we are in Tuscany, after all)

First off, I believe that honest reviews are the best. People spend a lot of money sight-unseen and it is critical to help set proper expectations.
Overall, we were most pleased with the accommodations. There were seven of us (5 adults and 2 teens) and we were more than comfortable. We felt more than welcomed by our wonderful hostess, Lucia.
The view could not have been more scenic and the pool (note, unheated for those traveling in the offseason) and patio area were quite nice.
Of course, it is difficult for any rental location to live up to the expectations set by the website photos and this one was no exception. The place was just a little bit more "lived in" than the photos would indicate, but that's just good marketing! Just set your expectations accordingly. We had some minor issues which I'm certain the owner would have tackled had we asked (a few ants in the kitchen and an A/C unit in one of the bedrooms wouldn't work). But, certainly we experienced nothing that should cause a person hesitation in booking this villa.
As advertised, the village of Poggibonsi is quaint and has a lot to offer. However, be aware that nothing is within walking distance. You need a car. That said, the location is perfectly nestled between Siena, Florence, and San Gimingnano---an easy drive to all places.
All told, I felt that I more than received a value for my money. To put 7 in a place like that for a week was a winner, in my mind and I would recommend it to anyone who asks!Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Die beiden Häuser wahren sehr schön und gepflegt eingerichtet,es war sehr sauber und die Haushaltshilfe war super .Die Lage ist einmalig,diese Aussicht!!Garten und Pool auch sehr gepflegt.Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen .Einziges Manko war die zufahrt .Schotterweg 4x4 wäre von Vorteil .
