House and surrounding is very nice, but needs some refurnishing & renovation and the Service was not convincing
kitchen not adequatlyx equipped for large groups(only 5 coffee spoons for 14 People, no pans and pots), freezer / fridge in the kitchen was not working, no dish towels etc.
No sun umbrellas, no covers for the sun beds.
No WiFi
[counter comment from the owner] Like I told the guests, the fridge in the kitchen was working normally and in another room they had another fridge with freezer available.
The kitchen is equipped normally but we however immediately gave the guests what they needed (more pots and pans).
The wifi did not work for one day because of a summer storm. Some guests however had equipment that did not connect to the our wifi network but that does not depend on us. Also for the rest, once they asked me (spoons, tea towels) I proceeded immediately. The only thing we did not have are pillows for the sun beds because they are soft beds like you use on the beach, we have however purchased those now.
Villa très agréable, grande confortable et bien équipée. Paolo est un propriétaire très attentionné et qui se préoccupe du confort de ses clients.
Nous y étions en période de fortes chaleurs et avons pu profiter de la très belle piscine. Dommage par contre que la maison ne soit pas climatisée ou mieux équipée en matière de moustiquaires.
Située au calme à quelques kms du centre ville, amis avec un accès très simple.
Par ailleurs la région d'Arezzo est bien plus intéressante que ce qu'en laissent penser les guides touristiques et permet l'accès aux incontournables de la toscane en moins d'une heure.
Good location, nice house, garden and pool. Nice views, and very quite place. BUT beds have to be changed, too OLD!
Counter comment from the owners: "So far no one complained about this matter but I did check and in fact the mattresses are obsolete and we will put in new mattresses as soon as possible. Thank you for informing me, it is useful so that I can improve our guests' stay all the time !"
Un lieu parfait pour les vacances et la découverte de la Toscane. Maison propre et bien équipée. Piscine bien entretenue. Environnement calme et magnifique. Ambiance conviviale avec les propositions de soirées pizzas ou pâtes de Massimo et Alberto avec les autres vacanciers. 10 min des commerces et 20 min de Cortona un magnifique village perché et animé. Nous avons passé à la Fattoria deux excellentes semaines. Nous étions deux familles, 9 en tout. Je recommande la maison Selène pour une grande famille ou deux familles.
great villa! very spacious, well equipped, clean, nice terrace, great views, very relaxing swimming pool. nice owners, bringing fruit and vegetables and cleaning the pool.
Beautiful villa with an amazing view. It's even better in "real life" than on the pictures!! The owner is a super friendly lady and is really helpful whenever you need assistance. We rented some Vespa's to discover the area "Italian Style" which was really nice as well. This place should be kept a secret....
