L'unico vero neo della località sono le stradine per raggiungerla. Ma allo stesso tempo questo leggero isolamento rende il paesino e la sistemazione, un piccolo gioiello e quindi si fa presto a non considerarlo nella valutazione generale dei nostri 4 giorni a Gualdo. L'appartamento e' veramente carino ed entrarci e' come fare un tuffo nel passato. Quasi nel medioevo, nonostante ci sia tutto il necessario per una permanenza comoda e moderna. Pero' i muri, i pavimenti, il borgo stesso... All.inizio della strada che porta a Gualdo c'e' un cartello che dice Gualdo, il paese delle fiabe... mai indicazione fu piu' azzeccata.
E probabile che si torni anche il prossimo anno.

But at the same time this slight isolation makes the little village and the accommodation a little gem and so it's easy to overlook in the overall assessment of our four days in Gualdo. The flat is really nice and entering it is like stepping back in time. Almost in the Middle Ages, although there is everything you need for a comfortable, modern stay. But the walls, the floors, the village itself.... At the beginning of the road that leads to Gualdo, there is a sign that says Gualdo, the town of fairy tales... such an accurate indication.
We will probably be back next year.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und sehr sehr nette Vermieter! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!
Das Haus hat eine sehr gut Aufteilung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The house has a very good layout, we felt very comfortable!
Lovely view and beach very close to the property. Accommodation comfortable and well equipped kitchen but shower was not great. Owner was friendly and helpful.
Es gab nur einen Strom-Adapter für Schükostecker ( Backofen und Toaster ), welcher fehlerhaft war und schließlich ausfiel und nicht
ersetzt wurde. Letztendlich entstand dadurch sogar ein Kurzschluß. Kein Warmwasser aus dem Hahn zum Abspülen in der Küche!!!
Das Aufladen der Handyakkus ( weil Eurostecker ) ging nur noch an einer Steckdose im Waschraum.
Der Toaster und Backofen war somit nicht einsatzfähig um Frühstück zu zu bereiten.
Auch "Kleinigkeiten" fehlten z.B. Sektgläser oder eine Bratpfanne mit Antihafteffekt (völlig verkratzt)....und ...
Da fehlt der Blick aus Sicht des Kunden!!!
Lage: Top! Angestellte vor Ort: Top! Ambiente: authentisch toskanisch
Aber bitte, bei diesem Standard sollten die oben angeführten Mängel abgestellt sein!
Der beste Urlaub, wie aus dem Hochglanz Magazin. Alles so liebevoll, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet.

direkt an Waldrand
etwas abgelegen aber daher auch extrem ruhig (wenn Hund vom Nachbarn nicht bellt)
Zufahrt auf unebenen Schotterwege bei Regen sehr pflotschig
gegen aussen gut isoliert aber innen eher ringhörig
toller Pool und Terrassen zur Alleinbenutzung
leider sehr schlechtes wifi / Internet

Tout aurait pu etre parfait si la météo avait été bonne.Que deux jours sans pluie sur la semaine. Heureusement ,nous avons pu profiter d'un barbecue le lendemain de notre arrivée et ensuite nous n'avons plus pu se divertir en extérieur dans ces beaux jardins.
Quelques petits inconvéniants à notre arrivée mais biens résolus par Sabrina et son collaborateur sur place.

Glücklicherweise konnten wir am Tag nach unserer Ankunft ein Barbecue genießen, aber danach konnten wir uns nicht mehr im Freien in den schönen Gärten amüsieren.
Es gab ein paar kleine Unannehmlichkeiten bei unserer Ankunft, die aber von Sabrina und ihrem Mitarbeiter vor Ort gut gelöst wurden.
