We had a fantastic time at Al Mennucci! Right from the start - the instructions to get to this Villa were fantastic - very detailed. As Al Mennucci is a bit hard to find (quite isolated and quiet - a good thing) having these instructions where extremely valuable. The road up to Al Mennucci is very rough - you definitely need a good vehicle. Once there - the villa is everything you see in the photos. The pool is wonderful. We used the Outdoor Wood or Coal Burning BBQ every night. All beds and all rooms are nice. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped. The villa is incredibly clean and neat - and someone comes every Mon,Wed and Fri to clean up.
After you drive down the hill to the main road - there are good and inexpensive restaurants within a 5min drive as well as a well stocked grocery store (a EuroSpar).

An excellent experience. we were made to feel welcome already by email before we arrived and were given good and useful information (such as the excellent local restaurant Gallera).

le couchage n'est pas bon ,on sent les ressorts du matelas.
Pas de fer à repasser.
pas d'eau potable au robinet,il faut faire bouillir.

Very relaxing location and atmosphere. The owners are very helpful and the apartment had a lot of style and a good atmoshere. The swimming pool ni the garden was refreshing and clean. We have great memories of the place!

Had a very memorable family holiday at Villa Casanova in Jul 2012; there were 13 of us with 4 children under 6yrs.
Location: Was stunning with the villa sitting in the middle of the vineyard and looking over lush greenery. The villa was very accessible with a rented car and we took several day trips to San Gimigano, Siena etc
Villa: Was very clean, comfortable and very importantly had air conditioning.
Catering: As we were a big group, we did have dinners arranged with the local mama and the food and wine was the highlight of the trip. We also had a pizza cooking lesson one evening and the kids really enjoyed the session.
Milena and team: We really appreciated Milena and her team's warm hospitality and her easy demeanour meant that we felt like we were with friends. She has an excellent team and we would definitely consider a repeat visit in the coming summers.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Beautifully situated in a secluded part of the Florentine hills, although Florence is very close by the setting is completely rural with views over the northern Chianti Classico region. Very friendly and unobtrusive landlords.

I have just celebrated my birthday in this fantastic villa with my family (10). The villa and surroundings more than lived up to our expectations. The house was comfortable and roomy and we felt at home. Outside there were marvelous views of the Tuscan hills from both the terrace and the pool area, (the pool was cleansed both morning and evening) and a charming girl also checked that the garden area was in order and disposed of any rubbish.The small village of Radicondoli was only a few minutes away and here there were a few well-stocked shops where we could do our daily shopping without having to drive. Remember, the butcher´s is open only in the mornings,though all day Saturday. Shops are closed on Sundays. The villagers were friendly and helpful and it was lovely to be in a place free from mass tourism! An excellent pizzaria just near the villa was also very popular.Our granddaughter enjoyed playing in an excellent park just behind the house. Places like Sienna, Volterra, and San Gimignano are also within easy reach.
All in all, a wonderful holiday and our charming owner, Ilaria and family were on the spot and ready to help if necessary. Only a pity that we could not stay there for another week!Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
