Our stay here was PERFECTO!! We enjoyed the quiet and serene atmosphere. Lounging by the pool, cooking in our own kitchen, day trips to nearby towns. Perfect get away. The hosts were so generous with some arrival and parting gifts. Could not be happier!

Great Tuscan style apartment! Great place to both relax and use as a “home base” to explore other towns in Tuscany. I also highly recommend dining at Agriturismo Fattoria Poggio Alloro while staying here.

Siamo stati una settimana a Settembre in questo luogo magico, appartamento molto caldo e accogliente con vista su San Gimignano, immerso tra vigneti e ulivi. Anche le mie levriere hanno apprezzato il luogo con tanto verde e belle passeggiate. Bella la piscina immersa nelle colline. Consigliamo agriturismo Paterno e ci torneremo sicuramente! [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed a week in September in this magical place, very warm and cosy flat with a view of San Gimignano, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Even my greyhounds loved the place with lots of greenery and beautiful walks. Beautiful swimming pool nestled in the hills. We recommend Agriturismo Paterno and we will definitely be back! Really nice location in the middle of Tuscany. We enjoyed our holidays at this nice place. From there we visited San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Firenze, Saturnia, Massa Marrittima and Chianti. And 12 Days without TV.

Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig. Man konnte sich gut am Pool entspannen.
Die Vermieter waren nett und hilfsbereit.
Nach San Gimignano war es nur ein Katzensprung.

Nice and clean apartment with a lot of room. In the garden there is a great view where you can see San Gimignano. If you cross the street there is a swimming pool with also nice views over the hills of Toscany.

We loved our stay at Agriturismo Paterno in San Gimignano. The place and views are gorgeous. You feel you are in a postcard, in the middle of the perfect Tuscan landscape. The hospitality of the owners is outstanding. We ate every day in their farm "Poggio Alloro": it was the best food we have ever had in Italy. Everything was delicious, organic and home grown. We don´t have enough words to recommend the place. The hosts, the Fioroni family, are the nicest and warmest people we have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. A place to return.

Location 5 stars, accommodation average, cleaning average. Quite small apartment for 4 people , but the location made our Holliday to a big succes!
