Casa Rossa è una graziosa proprietà composta da 3 unità completamente ristrutturate e trasformate in 6 appartamenti e una casetta indipendente. La struttura ha mantenuto intatte le sue caratteristiche architettoniche originarie e si trova in posizione panoramica sulle colline del Chianti fiorentino.
Ogni appartamento ha il suo ingresso indipendente per garantire privacy e tranquillità agli ospiti che vi soggiornano.
Una piscina comune è a disposizione degli ospiti, così come un ampio giardino per godere di una bellissima vista panoramica sulle campagne del Chianti.
A disposizione degli ospiti: giardino attrezzato, piscina (14 x 7 m - massima profondità 1,80 m) posta in posizione panoramica, barbecue in comune o privato per alcuni appartamenti. A pochi metri dalla struttura passa una strada provinciale. Parcheggio gratuito all’interno della proprietà. Collegamento ad internet tramite wi-fi.
Distanze: il paese di Certaldo con negozi di tutti i generi e funicolare per il borgo medievale a 4 km, la famosa cittadina medievale di S. Gimignano a 11 km, Volterra a ca. 25 km, Firenze a 35 km, Siena a ca. 40 km.

Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und sauber, und sehr anheimelig....man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Größe der Wohneinheit war absolut in Ordnung, eher aussergewöhnlich viel Platz. Die Betreuung durch Enzo und seine Tochter war absolut perfekt, Probleme gabs eh keine. Die Landstraße die leider unmittelbar am Grundstück vorbeiläuft kann, wie hier schon öfter beschrieben, manchmal etwas nervig sein. Wir würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen. Das ist ein richtiges Kleinod. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können nur groß DANKE sagen !

The size of the living unit was also absolutely fine, with an exceptional amount of space. The care from Enzo and his daughter was absolutely perfect, there were no problems anyway. The country road, which unfortunately runs directly past the property, can sometimes be a bit annoying, as has been described here several times. But we would come back at any time. La casa preciosa,limpia y no le faltaba de nada,los alrededores muy cuidados aparte de preciosos y el anfitrión un 10 nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.Sin duda volvería

De pluspunten: Het uitzicht is schitterend! 4 zeer ruime appartementen met ieder 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Bedden zijn hard, maar sliepen prima. Kies bij voorkeur beneden appartement koeler en terras voor de deur. Boven heel smal balkon (nr 7) onderaan trap wel terrasje met tafel maar ga je niet snel zitten. Mooi zwembad met voor iedereen een ligbed/stoel en parasol. Binnen 10 minuten in Certaldo met hele mooie nog niet erg toeristische oude stad, je zit ook direct aan de Chianti wijnroute, steden als Florence, San Gimignano en Siena zijn binnen een uur bereikbaar. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en spreken perfect Engels (hebben in USA gewoond).
De Maar: huis is 2 meter van redelijk drukke weg, overdag geen last omdat je merendeels buiten bent maar avond en ochtend héél vervelend in de slaapkamer langs de weg. Je kan hierdoor echt geen raam open laten staan. Er is één airco in woonkamer en dat is onvoldoende om slaapkamers te koelen. Helaas geen fans aanwezig, zou gescheeld hebben.
Gehele appartement wel voorzien van muggengaas, maar buiten is er geen ontkomen aan. Summiere inrichting.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

Voor de tweede maal hier en opnieuw een topvakantie met hele lieve nieuwe eigenaars die het domein enorm aan het opwaarderen zijn.

appartementen zijn heel netjes en goed verzorgd. overal horren voor ramen is fijn gezien de muggen. Gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk, geeft goede service. zwembad prima! 1 klein minpuntje is dat huis 2 meter vanaf drukke weg staat. vooral in 1 van de slaapkamers die met raam grenst aan de weg is er wel verkeersgeluidshinder. Wellicht is dit nog enigszins te verbeteren door luiken voor dit ruim te plaatsen die je 's nachts dicht kunt doen.

La situación de la casa es buena y sus vistas espectaculares, pero los días que estuvimos hacia mucha calor y por la noche echamos de menos aire acondicionado.
A la casa y a la terraza exterior le falta un poco de limpieza.

We had a lovely week at the Villa, however we did have some points which we were keen to share.
Firstly - there was no indication that there was no insect screens over the windows. We were bitten alive within the first 10 ins of arriving, without any repellent with us. Fortunately we went straight to the shops and returned with coils, sprays and creams. We had to close the windows each night which made the villa very hot as there was no air con and only basic fans!
Secondly - We were not for warned about the cleaning charge until we had the booking confirmation. We left the villa clean and did not believe that it warranted an 80 Euro fee.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si

The villa is beautiful, the surroundings, amazing views with everything you need. However, a main pain for us was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows, and lack of fans. Upon arrival we noticed an awful insecticide smell throughout the house, we needed to open windows to ventilate, however no mosquito screens, and all kids of bugs got in, even a wasp we had to take down with a broom! Weather is warm, there is no AC and we could be fine if windows could be opened, but not without screens! so we did not sleep well, too hot! and only 2 fans provided for a 3 bedroom villa.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille à Casa Rossa, le cadre est magnifique, le site bien entretenu avec une très belle piscine qui donne sur les vignes et les oliviers, paysage dont on ne lassait pas...juste petit bémol : parfois le bruit des voitures qui passent sur la route en bordure de propriété mais rien de bien dérangeant.

Very nice complex, the flats were all occupied but it was not an inconvenience, the pool was enough big to share it. It’s on a very nice location; the views are amazing, on summer when the vines and the olives are green. We have a heat wave, and the pool was necessary to refresh up.
The locations it’s about 15 minutes of Certaldo, where you can find and buy what you need. The supermarket COOP in the suburbs of the city it’s perfect, you can find products from the zone and the prices are reasonable. In Certaldo also you have a train station, a very good way to visit big cities as Firenze or Siena.
A little bit more tourist information available in the apartment would be very helpful, as the train timetable, maps, recommended visits (restaurants, wine taste, small village …)
In our opinion, the worst of the complex is that the buildings are so closed with the road in the back side, so you hear all the time the cars that runs so fast, and by night you also see the cars lights, the road is so transited by night and early time.

Very nice property, however, a little tourist information would have been very helpful - Like: Map of area, local attractions, Grocery store locations, bank hours & locations, locations of cafes & restaurants, etc. No information was provided & very hard to come by.

Der Urlaub in Casa Rossa 3 war klasse,die Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene ideal,der Pool, 10 m von der Wohnung entfernt, ist sehr schön und groß, Aussicht ist traumhaft. Schade, daß man wegen der Stechmücken keine Fliegennetze an Fenstern und Türen hat. Außerdem war die Anlage ruhig,außerhalb der Hauptferienzeit.

Casa Rossa 3 is a small, but very nice villa. The pool is as close as can be; looking out the window, you see it lying underneath, so very convenient if you have smaller kids.

The villa was top class and the owners were very friendly.
The area was great and the locals were also very friendly.
There are lots of great places to eat and the prices are very cheap but the quality of the food is top class.
