Descrizione Proprietà
Bel fienile recentemente ristrutturato situato in posizione panoramica sulle colline del Chianti Fiorentino. La struttura che presenta ancora molte delle sue caratteristiche architettoniche originarie, come le travi a vista e gli antichi pavimenti in cotto, è stata trasformata in 2 graziosi appartamenti, arredati con cura, in stile rustico tipico toscano. Il fienile si trova all’interno di un’ampia azienda agricola che produce ottimi formaggi e gode di una bellissima vista sulla campagna circostante. I proprietari della struttura abitano nella casa colonica situata a ca. 50 m dal fienile.
Distanze: negozi di generi alimentari a 1 km, Tavarnelle con tutti i generi di negozi a 6 km, San Casciano a 8 km, Firenze a ca. 20 km, Siena a ca. 40 km. A breve distanza dalla struttura passa una strada secondaria.
A disposizione degli ospiti: ampio giardino attrezzato con mobili da giardino, piscina sopraelevata (aperta dal 01/05 al 30/09), barbecue in comune. Ferro da stiro a disposizione. Entrambi gli appartamenti sono dotati di zanzariere nelle camere. Parcheggio all’interno della proprietà. E’ possibile affittare Romita 1 e Romita 2 per ottenere una casa indipendente per 8 persone.
Servizi extra: su richiesta possibilità di noleggiare un lettino per bebé a € 20,- / a settimana (da pagare sul posto).

Maison agréable et bien située. Mais équipement insuffisant : pas de plats à gratins, peu de casseroles et de poelles, une cafetière italienne pour 2 tasses, alors que nous étions 4, une table à repasser non stable, une machine à laver le linge qui n'essore pas à 30°, un éclairage insuffisant dans le séjour, alors que les lumières extérieures sont allumées toute la nuit, vitres et rideaux sales, fauteuil sale, des blattes de jardin dans le séjour, une piscine parait-il ouverte jusqu'au 30 septembre, qui était bâchée, et lorsque nous soulevions la bâche, l'eau était croupie !!! Une prestation payée dont nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier, malgré le beau temps !!! En bref, un rapport qualité/prix injustifié !!!
[Owner Counter Comment] The owners will check the kitchen equipment and supply any missing items. The pool was open and clean but the owners covered it because of the bad weather. They are sorry the guests did not come to them during their stay, they could have helped out and make improvements if necessary already during the stay. Being the house in the countryside, it is possible that some insects enter the house.

La casa fantástica y los propietarios muy amables, nos fueron solucionando al momento cualquier incidencia que hubiera en el día a día. La situación geográfica inmejorable a pocos kms de Florencia y de Siena, dos maravillosas ciudades.

Romita 1
Peaceful rural location on Chianti wine route surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Easy drive to Florence, Sienna or San Gimignano, etc. Friendly owners with wonderful olive oil and cheese produced on the property. Excellent restaurants within a few minutes drive. Downside with the high temperatures (late June) was the lack of fan or air con & the number of flies which made the stay less enjoyable - fly screens for the doors would help - and although a pool was advertised with the property it was out of commission the week we were there.
