Appartamenti a San Gimignano ricavati dalla ristrutturazione di un’antica torre alta 48 metri e risalente al 1200; delle 14 torri questa torre fu eretta dalla famiglia Salvucci e rappresenta l’unica torre abitabile della città.
L’appartamento “Torre” si sviluppa in altezza su 11 piani e all’ultimo piano una spettacolare terrazza offre un panorama unico a 360° sulla città e sulle colline della Toscana.
L’appartamento “Studio” è per 2 persone e si trova al primo piano del palazzo adiacente alla torre e le finestre del soggiorno e della camera si affacciano direttamente sulla piazza del Duomo.
Gli appartamenti in affitto a San Gimignano possono ospitare 2 persone nella “Torre” e 2 persone nell’appartamento “Studio”. Le due unità possono essere affittate insieme (le relative porte di ingresso sono nello stesso corridoio) oppure singolarmente.
Il centro storico di San Gimignano è interdetto al traffico. La casa non è indicata ai bambini.
Distanze: dalla porta d’ingresso dei due appartamenti in affitto si accede direttamente alla piazza principale del centro storico di San Gimignano dove è presente il Duomo, il Palazzo Comunale e la Piazza della Cisterna (il tutto circondato da fantastici palazzi e torri).

Torre
La torre è stata restaurata e trasformata in un’abitazione ricca di charme dove è possibile trascorrere un soggiorno unico, fuori dal tempo.
L’accostamento tra arredamento moderno e struttura antica crea un’atmosfera estremamente piacevole e confortevole.
La torre è composta di 10 piani abitabili e di una terrazza panoramica (situata all’ultimo piano).
I livelli sono collegati attraverso una scala di ca. 160 gradini.
I piani che compongono la torre non superano ciascuno i 10 m2 di grandezza e le pareti in pietra raggiungono quasi i 2 metri di spessore.
La struttura è un "edificio storico" e l'arredamento è stato adattato agli spazi disponibili.
Questa struttura è consigliata agli amanti della storia e alle persone alla ricerca di un soggiorno unico e fuori dal comune.

3° Piano: zona pranzo con angolo cottura (frigorifero, freezer). Mezzanino: angolo lettura aperto sulla zona pranzo.
4° Piano: piccolo bagno con doccia.

6° Piano: camera con 2 letti semisovrapposti (80 x 190 cm).
7° Piano: camera con letto francese (115 x 190 cm).
8° Piano: piccola libreria.
9° Piano: WC.
10° Piano: cucinotto (frigorifero, freezer).
11° Piano: panoramica terrazza attrezzata (14 m2) con incredibile vista sulla città e sulla campagna circostante.

This was one of the most incredible and fantastic places I have ever stayed in. The view from the top terrace is simply amazing. You can spend hours just admiring the landscape and city below. The apartment is well furnished and clean. The second kitchen just below the terrace is very useful. An amazing job was done to adapt the tower to serve as a rental apartment. Also the check in was very quick and professional.

The view from the top of the tower from the terrace is one of the best views you will ever have in your life. It makes you feel like a celebrity to stay here. It is a very special place. Giulia the owner does a great job explaining how everything works and provides a very nice welcome "gift basket" with lots of helpful items. There is no question that you need to be somewhat fit to stay here due to all of the stairs but you get used to the logistics as the stay goes on and the view from the top makes it all worthwhile. San Gimignano is a stunningly beautiful town and it is even better at night and in the morning before the bus tours arrive for their visits. It is like something right out of a movie. Highly recommended for a very unique vacation.

A fantastic and completely unique place! The views from the roof terrace are awe inspiring. Beautifully presented accommodation and an exceptionally comprehensive welcome pack of provisions from the owners who made us feel very welcome. A magical experience!

Torre San Gimignano was excellent - we really enjoyed the view from the top of the tower and the market on Tuesdays. Fantastic experience - I would recommend it to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the tower and recommend it to all who would like to spend their holiday, or at least part of it, directly in San Gimignano. You don't feel like a tourist when staying there. First class views and the facilities in the tower are excellent. I was treated very kindly by the discrete owners (Giulia in particular). I would happily go back. Understand the tower's origins and you won't have any problems with steps etc, rather you will appreciate, value, and enjoy it.

San Gimignano is a unique place. The town is inspiring and visually stunning, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and everything you need for a very special week.
Torre di San Gimignano is a very special place to stay. Views to die for, breathtaking (both physically and visually - 180 stairs work off all the fantastic food and wine!) An unforgettable experience.
While you're there eat lots of ice-cream (Gelateria di Piazza - best in world!); Drink the local wine!; Try all the restaurants (in particular Ristorante Dorando' - not cheap but 10/10); Buy a leather handbag or two (Le Torri); Music festival week while we were there and evening entertainment with violinists and puppetry was great.

Unsere drei Tage im Turm waren einfach unvergleichlich. Die Atmosphäre in diesem alten Gemäuer mit der unfassbaren Aussicht von der 42 Meter hohen Dachterrasse werden wir nicht vergessen. Zum Sonnenauf- und Untergang klettert man freiwillig die vielen Stufen, da man keine Sekunde verpassen möchte.
Die Einrichtung ist angenehm modern und sehr praktisch auf die kleinen Räume abgestimmt.
Guilia, die Dame vor Ort hat uns herzlich und professionell betreut.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Umsetzung und die Möglichkeit sich in einem solchem Gebäude aufhalten zu können. Es ist für uns das Highlight gewesen.

We will not forget the atmosphere in these old walls with the incredible view from the 42 meter high roof terrace. At sunrise and sunset you voluntarily climb the many steps because you don't want to miss a second.
The furnishings are pleasantly modern and very practical for the small rooms.
Guilia, the lady on site, looked after us warmly and professionally.
Thank you for the great implementation and the opportunity to be able to stay in such a building. It was the highlight for us.
