La proprietà è posizionata a soli 12 km di distanza da Bagni Di Lucca (Italia), nell'area turistica "Lucca - Garfagnana" e solo a 37 km di distanza da Lucca. La casa vacanze Il Molino è una elegante casa vacanze in pietra (100 mq) che offre piscina privata e internet Wi-Fi. La proprietà può accogliere comodamente fino a sette ospiti in tre camere da letto con due bagni.
La casa è dotata di un grande giardino, di circa 5000 mq, e parte di esso (circa 20 mq) è recitato, nel caso in cui sia presente un animale domestico.
Nella proprietà è presente anche un piccolo cottage che viene utilizzato saltuariamente dai proprietari qualche weekend per potersi prendere cura del giardino e della piscina.
La casa è dotata di connessione wi-fi ma essendo circondata da boschi la connessione non è sempre stabile.

Sehr nette Vermieter, wunderschönes Gebäude, tolle Landschaft. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, keine Nachbarn. Es gibt einen schönen Pool und man hat zusätzlich noch einen Steinbackofen.

Wij waren er in eerste week van september. Het duurt lang voordat de zon over de bomen in de tuin komt.
De woonkeukenkamer is klein, op de foto lijkt deze groter. De slaap- en badkamers zijn goed.
Het is een afgelegen plek die niet met een auto bereikbaar is. De bagage en boodschappen moeten plm. 60 meter vanaf de auto naar het huisje getild worden. Je dient tevens goed ter been te zijn.
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig …. Eingebettete zwischen Bäumen befindet sich dieses tolle Cottage …. Wir waren 7 Personen und haben jeden Tag genossen …

Die Bilder zur Mühle entsprachen zum Teil nicht der Realität.
Der Zugang ist recht beschwerlich über Steintreppen, das Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse war verschlossen und nicht verfügbar. Es gab weder TV- und Rundfunkempfang, Wifi und Internet funktionierte nicht, es gab keinen Mobilfunkempfang in der Mühle

Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber trotzdem zurückhaltend. Wer einen erholsamen und ruhigen Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur sucht, ist hier richtig. Internet funktioniert auch einwandfrei.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten in den Bergen der Toskana. Genau das richtige für Gäste die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Die Besitzer wohnen nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, sind freundlich und stets hilfsbereit falls Probleme anstehen sollten. Der Pool wird täglich von Ihnen gereinigt und die Wasserqualität ist sehr gut. Ein schöner alter Backofen befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und darf natürlich von den Urlaubsgästen genutzt werden. Brennholz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist allerdings etwas kritisch, da es sich hier um keine befestigte Straße, sondern eher einem stark abschüssigen Waldweg handelt. Für Pkws mit geringer Bodenfreiheit und großem Wenderadius eher nicht oder nur bedingt befahrbar. Das Wenden vor dem Grundstück ist für größere Fahrzeuge problematisch.
Außerdem ist der dann zurückzulegende Weg mit Gepäck etwas schwierig, da man nur über zwei alte und sehr steile Steintreppen zum Hauseingang gelangt.
Das angebotene WLAN ist zwar vorhanden, allerdings nur schwach, nur in einem Raum und im Gartenbereich.
Alles in allem jedoch, hat uns dieser Urlaub in "Il Molino" trotz der für uns geringen Kritikpunkte, sehr gut gefallen und können das Haus und die freundlichen Vermieter nur empfehlen.
Weiterhin ist unbedingt anzumerken, daß die Mitarbeiter von "Easy Reserve" vor Ort immer gut erreichbar und schon vor Antritt der Reise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

The owners live only about 5 minutes away, are friendly and always helpful if problems arise. The pool is cleaned daily by them and the water quality is very good. A beautiful old oven is located on the property and can of course be used by holiday guests. Firewood is available free of charge.
The access to the holiday home is a bit critical, however, as it is not a paved road, but rather a steeply sloping forest path. For cars with little ground clearance and a large turning radius, it is not or only partially passable. Turning in front of the property is problematic for larger vehicles.
In addition, the path to be covered with luggage is a bit difficult, as you can only get to the house entrance via two old and very steep stone stairs.
The offered WLAN is available, but only weak, only in one room and in the garden area.
All in all, however, we really enjoyed our holiday in "Il Molino", despite the minor criticisms for us, and can only recommend the house and the friendly landlord.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem kleinen Paradies.
Neben dem Pool fließt auch ein kleiner Bach um das Grundstück, unsere Kinder fanden das toll!
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cadre de détente garantie, c’est calme, la nature, la montagne et j’en passe. Tout ce que peut demander quelqu’un aimant la nature. La maison est bien, pas de superflu.
Seul regret, il manque un fauteuil dans le salon et un wifi pas assez puissant.

Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter, daher konnten wir die Vorzüge des Hauses nicht genießen. Stattdessen war es sehr kühl und feucht.
