Sehr nette Vermieterin! War immer ansprechbar. Pool wurde sehr regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir waren zu viert und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Und das in mehr als ausreichender Stückzahl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden Wöchentlich gewechselt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. And in more than sufficient quantities. Bed linen and towels were changed weekly. Tolles Haus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Man ist total alleine und kann die Ruhe genießen - ist aber trotzdem sehr zentral und gleich bei verschiedenen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Es war alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Sehr nette Vermieter

You are completely alone and can enjoy the peace and quiet - but it is still very central and right next to various grocery stores. All in all it was a great vacation. Beautiful, especially the gardens which are completely private. Everything was fine. You approach the property through security gates at the bottom of the garden, where there's a driveway to a parking area. Didn't use the pool - too cold for us. Wife managed to lock us out and the host was happy to come let us back into the villa. Very peaceful & tranquil. Wish we had longer! A stunning tuscan paradise!

Beautiful villa, garden and pool. Very well located for visiting places such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre and the coast. Quiet, rural location but easy to get to motorways.
Only downside is lack of air conditioning (the master bedroom was incredibly hot in August) and the number of mosquitos -stopped us from eating outside in the evenings.
Close to large supermarkets.
Very clean
Dishwasher, washing machine and iron etc. We were provided with dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent.
We tired to eat in Montecarlo on Friday night but all the restaurants turned us away as we didn’t have reservations - so book ahead. Restaurant Natale (5 mins from villa) was very hospitable and had good pasta and tirasimu.
Pool and gardens definitely the highlight.
We had a really lovely week - just protect yourself from the mozzies and sleep with the windows open.
