L'Olivella è una graziosa casetta di campagna situata in una location silenziosa circondata dagli alberi. Essa è idealmente ubicata a soli 12 km dalle lunghe spiagge di sabbia di Versilia e dai famosi locali notturni e ristoranti del posto. Si trova inoltre a 8 km dall'uscita autostradale più vicina, infatti è un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la Toscana. La città medievale di Lucca dista solo 15 km e Firenze è raggiungibile in un'ora circa di macchina. Gli interni sono molto confortevoli e ogni stanza gode del suo bagno privato. Uno dei punti di forza della casa è il patio anteriore, arricchito da un pergolato ricoperto di glicine e attrezzato con tavolo da pranzo e sedie. Una piscina di 11X4,5 m è stata realizzata in una parte ben soleggiata della proprietà. I sorveglianti della residenza vivono in una zona della tenuta separata, con la sua entrata indipendente.

Tuscan farmhouse with lovely grounds. Quiet, peaceful setting, within walking distance of a small village with great coffee bar and small grocery. A true getaway experience.
The only limitations we found are (1) mattresses not very comfortable; (2) no internet service; (3) limited housekeeping service didn't change bedding and bath towels during the weeklong stay.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
Beautiful villa with enough space for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The bathrooms were fine - all were working well. Lots of water pressure and hot. The property was maintained beautifully and the housekeeper came twice during the week with were there. The area was absolutely beautiful. However, if you have a large van the roads seem a little small. The road is winding up the hill but once you arrive you just don't want to leave. Dining al fresco was so relaxing but there was the occasional mosquito. The pool was very clean and the position allowed for a beautiful view of the mountains. Small village, narrow roads but convenient to autostrada and easy access to sightseeing in Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terra, Portofino, etc. Walter was very nice and made us feel welcomed. He stopped by to check to see if we needed anything and to clean the pool. My husband and I relaxed the entire week by the pool. However our son and his family went sightseeing everyday. There was a great restaurant that is a must to go to. Seating is outside and when it gets dark they show old movies on the outside walls. The restaurant overlooks the city and the view is amazing.
