Bell’ appartamento situato al secondo ed ultimo piano di un edificio nel centro storico della graziosa cittadina etrusco-medievale di Cortona. L’appartamento si trova in posizione molto panoramica e gode di una bella vista sulla Valdichiana. L’arredamento è molto curato e confortevole.
Distanze: il centro di Cortona con tutti i generi di negozi e lo splendido Duomo a circa 100 metri, Arezzo a 30 km, Perugia a 45 m, Siena a ca. 70 km
A disposizione degli ospiti: ampia terrazza panoramica (10 m2) attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e sdraie. Ferro da stiro a disposizione. Parcheggio pubblico. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata.
Servizi extra: aiuto domestico disponibile su richiesta (da pagare sul posto). Connessione WI - FI ad internet: € 10,- / a settimana (i clienti dovranno avere un computer proprio).

2° Piano: soggiorno con angolo cottura (freezer, microonde, tostapane, lavastoviglie) e zona pranzo, bagno con doccia (lavatrice), soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale (TV satellitare LCD, stereo) e accesso tramite 5 scalini ad una terrazza privata e attrezzata, camera matrimoniale.
Per soggiorni superiori ad 1 settimana saranno applicati i seguenti prezzi:
- Prima settimana: prezzo pieno
- Seconda settimana: prezzo pieno – 10%
- Terza settimana: prezzo pieno – 20%
- Quarta settimana: prezzo pieno – 35%
- Quinta settimana: prezzo pieno – 50%

Exceeded our expectations; just off of the Piazza Republica, traditional Tuscan style, roof-top patio, wonderful hosts...so much to say so little space.
Fair warning though, this apartment is not for those used to 5 star hotels, room service, and someone to turn down the sheets at night. This is for people seeking an athentic Tuscan experience.

WE were very pleasantly surprised on the spaciousness and central location of this villa. Highly recommended.

Location was excellent - close to the centre of Cortona. Plenty of room to move about. Lots of hot water in the bathroom. Local rep was very helpful and accommodating.

We ended up getting a bigger place than that onebut managed by the same person (a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a terrace and panoramic view also). The place was very clean and well equiped. It was a bit cold since we went in late October BUT the heat was included so one the heaters on it was fine. It was very quiet and the bed are very fonfortable. I would defenitly stay there again! Cortona is an adorable town and perfectly located if you want to spend time in the wine region of Montepulciano and Montalcino BUT is more lively in the low season that the other towns. Try the wine bar at the entrance of town and ask for Daniello- he is fantastic and will advice you well on which wine and cheese to taste and buy. =)

Very nice place in the center of the beatifull town. The best thing was the roof terrace - although there was no table...
