E' il più ampio appartamento del Villaggio, arredato in modo molto caratteristico e con mobili antichi.
Vi sono in tutto 7+2 posti letto: una camera matrimoniale, una matrimoniale con letto singolo, una doppia ed un comodo divano-letto.
Non mancano le comodità, infatti vi sono due bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, ogni locale è fornito di condizionatore, nell'ampio ingresso c'è un tradizionale caminetto e nel soggiorno TV satellitare. All'esterno troviamo un'ampia veranda dove passare le serate estive e subito davanti un' ampio giardino privato con barbecue circondato da ulivi. Al piano superiore è presente un altro appartamento (Nonna Rosa) con ingresso indipendente.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch und bietet alles was man so braucht. Allerdings ist der Vermittler EasyReserve sehr ungenau mit seinen Aussagen was den Anfahrtsweg betrifft. Ich hatte diesbezüglich extra angefragt, ob der Weg Sportwagen-tauglich ist, doch leider mussten wir dann feststellen dass entgegen der Behauptung von EasyReserve der Weg ein Feldweg war und ich mir das Fzg noch beschädigte. Leider kam auch auf eine Mail an Easy Reserve bezüglich dieses Vorfalls keine Antwort zurück. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, können aber leider nur englisch.

Die Region Grosseto ist nicht so sehr von Touristen überlaufen. Die Bevölkerung ist höflich und hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft war auch gut. Wir waren mit 9 Personen in der Wohnung. Somit waren alle Plätze ausgereizt.
An manchen Tagen war es durch den Wind doch recht kühl. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da zu kalt.
