Splendid, ancient villa dating back to the 16th century, owned by the Palazzeschi family, completely restored 10 years ago and set inside a large property of 50 hectares surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
The villa Lido is in a great position for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria and for Heading , Anghiari Sansepolcro is home to the beautiful, haunting Piero della Francesca painting of The Resurection and nearby Anghiari is a delightful medieval hilltop town with a long, straight Roman road descending from the hilltop. Carry on towards Arezzo for the heart of the gold industry in Italy, a medieval town centre and more frescoes and paintings by Piero della Francesca.

The country house is surrounded by a garden with oak trees, many plants Ortenzia, lavender, wisteria exhibit themselves in corners well kept by the owner who personally takes care of the villa. The garden is perfect for the excellent irrigation system. At night the soft lighting, the garden will make you good company.To the side of the house, an elegant private swimming pool (18x6 m.) is child-friendly by virtue of access with steps.

At guests disposal:
There is a private swimming pool (18m x 6m, depth 2-2.5 mt), the area is ideal for biking, for country and wood walks, for mountain biking along the Sovara river, for fishing in the close by the little lake and for visiting various places of cult and the arts. This is an excellent base for visiting all parts of Tuscany and Umbria.

This idyllic country estate on Tuscany,is in a beautiful rural location with large pool & gardens, lots of space and privacy.Sleeps up to 14 in 7 bedrooms, accommodation is in an independent house. Ideal big large groups and families. Close to amazing restaurants, bars and local medieval villages. Quality internal fittings. Outdoor patios, BBQ,the property fenced, children can play safely.

The country house is of about 320 m2
Ground floor: entrance, very large kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, two fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, 4 burner stove, sink, blender, toaster, coffee maker machine and coffee machine) tables and 15 chairs, and with wide dining area accessing the porch 12 m long (to dine al fresco), living room, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower (one of these bathrooms is suitable for disabled persons).
First floor: 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and terrace.
