Situato al primo piano, l’appartamento Uva dispone di un’ampia camera matrimoniale, una camera a due letti singoli (o un matrimoniale), una cucina ed il bagno separato da disimpegno. Servizi:connessione internet adsl, citofono, TV satellitare, microonde , aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomi, lavastoviglie, caffettiera italiana ed americana, asciugacapelli.
Si ha tuttavia la possibilità di ritirarsi nella quiete e nei colori della campagna: a disposizione la piscina all’aperto con ampio solarium, il barbecue con pergolato per cenare all’aperto, la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate in campagna. Il personale è a disposizione per organizzare escursioni e degustazioni dei prodotti tipici nel Chianti, per la prenotazione dei biglietti dei principali Musei fiorentini, per un servizio di transfer per l’aeroporto e la stazione.

This property offered us everything we required - a beautiful setting, clean rooms, affordability, close proximity to Florence/Fiesole and very comfortable accommodation. The owner has restored this Tuscan farmhouse magnificently. He was very friendly and welcoming and was happy to offer help in choosing the best local restaurants. The swimming pool was not in use when we were there (it was mid-April and too cold to be used in any case).

We had a fantastic holiday in Firenze and our stay at appartment Uva made it all the more enjoyable. It has the best of both worlds, near enough to the city centre, whilst also being set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We had worried that without hiring a car it would be tricky for us to see everything and get to our countryside accomodation but it was all easy accessible by a walk and a trip on bus number 14 from Via Ripa. Simone, the owner, was so helpful and provided us with everything we needed, even reserving us tickets for the Uffizi. We would also strongly recommend visiting Sienna whilst in Florence as it was absolutely mind blowing and easy to get to by bus. All in all a trip full of fantastic memories, thank you x

This villa was in an excellent location--just a bus trip into the center of Florence, yet you also felt like you were in the hills. Private setting with very nice gardens and pool. Besides our apartment there were other spaces available for relaxing. We traveled with two college students who wanted to travel to other cities as well, so we were on the road a lot. My husband and I would have liked to spend more time at the villa given the serenity it provided.
