Grazioso complesso composto da 4 appartamenti e dalla casa dei proprietari situato in posizione panoramica sulle colline intorno a Firenze, distante soltanto 10 km. San Romolo gode di una bella vista su Firenze e grazie ad un accurato restauro seguito personalmente dai proprietari è stato trasformato in una proprietà molto accogliente e confortevole. Gli appartamenti sono arredati con gusto in stile rustico tipico toscano. Una bella piscina è situata a circa 50 metri dalla casa e il suo uso è condiviso tra gli ospiti dei 4 appartamenti.
Accesso alla proprietà tramite una strada non asfaltata ma in buone condizioni.
Al loro arrivo nell’appartamento gli ospiti troveranno generi di prima necessità come acqua, latte e biscotti.
Distanze: Villamagna o San Romolo con negozi di generi alimentari a circa 1 km, Bagno a Ripoli con negozi di ogni genere a 6 km, il centro di Firenze centro a 11 km, Siena a 75 km, San Gimignano a 60 km, Pisa a ca. 100 km.
A disposizione degli ospiti: giardino attrezzato, piscina in comune tra gli ospiti della struttura (12 x 6 m - massima profondità 1,5 m - aperta dal 01/05 al 30/9). Gli appartamenti sono tutti dotati di zanzariere, TV satellitare e connessione ad internet (WI - FI). Parcheggio all’interno della proprietà.
Servizi extra: Lettino da bambini (uso gratuito), letto singolo supplementare (€50,-/settimana – da pagare sul posto), una camera matrimoniale supplementare con divano letto doppio (€50,-/giorno – da pagare sul posto). Su richiesta e secondo disponibilità del momento è possibile organizzare lezioni di yoga.

San Romolo 1
San Romolo 1 was a truly lovely property and the highlight of our two week tour of Italy. The villa is very nice inside - neat and clean with all the general conveniences and the views are spectacular! The owners are two of the sweetest people you could meet and though they speak little english, we were able to get along just fine. Suzanna, a resident of the property, speaks fluent english and was a great help to us as a friend and interpretor. I would hiighly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay away from the hussle and bussle of Firenze. We are so appreciative for the opportunity to stay here and felt right at home.

Geweldig, de gastvrijheid van Pauolo en Laura! Wat een geweldige lieve, echte mensen. Locatie ligt wel iets afgelegen met moeilijk stuk begaanbare weg maar daar ben je binnen 2 dagen aan gewend. Prachtig appartement, schitterend ingericht met alles erop en eraan.
Firenze (Florence) in de nabijheid (15 min) maar daar is het heerlijk rustig en adembenemend mooi. Wij hebben genoten.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Great, the hospitality of Pauolo and Laura! What wonderful sweet, real people. Location is a bit secluded with a strech of difficult road but within two days you get used to it. Beautiful apartment, beautifully furnished with all the trimmings.

The appartement was great. Very clean and the owners are very helpfull and nice people. Our stay was very comfortable and we could visit Florence and Siena very good. From the appartement we could see Florence and it's great buildings. The swimmingpool was very clean and a great place to relax and cool ourselves. This is definately not the last time we'll be there and well worth the 1300+ km trip, even for a week. We completely enjoyed our stay and the quiteness around the appartement!

We have just returned home from an unforgettable week in Turrita - San Romolo. The property was beautiful, the apartment well equipped and clean, the hostesses extremely friendly and helpful. We will return!

This was a gorgeous place to stay nestled in the Florentine hills. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a typically Tuscan style. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. Even though we spoke on Italian, and she no English, we managed to communicate well enough. We were traveling with 4 young children 8/7/6/2 years, and they couldn't have been happier with the gorgeous pool and the beautiful olive groves that overlooked Florence and the Duomo. What a lovely place for us to explore Tuscany from and we couldn't have found more helpful and friendly hosts or lovely oil. Thank you
