La villa, grazie agli ambienti interni spaziosi ed esterni ampi, garantisce un soggiorno in totale sicurezza e salubrità. Die Besitzer sind zwei ganz nette Leute ( sprechen leider nur Italienisch aber es gibt ein Tablet mit Übersetzer so das es problemlos mit der Verständigung klappt ) Der Pool ist ein Traum sehr gepflegt und groß ebenso das Grass und das ganze Anwesen ;-) Die Anfahrt erfolgt über 2,3 km lange Schotterstraße an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss , aber mit einwenig Übung kein Problem mehr darstellt . Es ist pure Erholung und Ruhe garantiert . Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. mal dort und planen unseren 3. urlaub schon . Das einzig negative was es zu sagen gibt sind die Matratzen , welche schon leicht durchgelegen sind . The appartment is actually above Colonna Del Grillo and not exactly in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The host did not speak English but she has some help in a young lad who spoke english really well. The appartment is clean, nicely furnished and overall really really cool. The exterior is beautiful, the view is amazing. The host provided the pool just as agreed on 1st of May and not a day later. All in all, I can say that the booking was extremely good value for money. The only thing that I've seen for the first time anywhere is that you have to pay for gas that you used at the end, which is kind of weird. Vom Pool aus hat man einen guten Ausblick auf die toskanischen Hügel. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal, alles Nötige (bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine) ist vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht und nett, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Einmal wöchentlich veranstalten sie für ihre Gäste einen toskanischen Abend. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Die Besitzer sind zwei ganz nette Leute ( sprechen leider nur Italienisch aber es gibt ein Tablet mit Übersetzer so das es problemlos mit der Verständigung klappt ) Der Pool ist ein Traum sehr gepflegt und groß ebenso das Grass und das ganze Anwesen ;-) Die Anfahrt erfolgt über 2,3 km lange Schotterstraße an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss , aber mit einwenig Übung kein Problem mehr darstellt . Es ist pure Erholung und Ruhe garantiert . Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. mal dort und planen unseren 3. urlaub schon . Das einzig negative was es zu sagen gibt sind die Matratzen , welche schon leicht durchgelegen sind . The appartment is actually above Colonna Del Grillo and not exactly in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The host did not speak English but she has some help in a young lad who spoke english really well. The appartment is clean, nicely furnished and overall really really cool. The exterior is beautiful, the view is amazing. The host provided the pool just as agreed on 1st of May and not a day later. All in all, I can say that the booking was extremely good value for money. The only thing that I've seen for the first time anywhere is that you have to pay for gas that you used at the end, which is kind of weird. La proprietà, costituita da 4 appartamenti, si trova in una posizione unica e dominante con una bellissima vista panoramica che spazia da Siena fino al Monte Amiata. L’arredamento è semplice ma confortevole in stile rustico toscano. Si accede alla casa tramite 2,3 km di strada sterrata. Parcheggio coperto nella proprietà. La villa, grazie agli ambienti interni spaziosi ed esterni ampi, garantisce un soggiorno in totale sicurezza e salubrità. Tutti gli spazi sono accuratamente sanificati e sterilizzati per la salute e la tranquillità degli ospiti. Distanze: Castelnuovo Berardenga con negozi di ogni genere a 10,5 km, Siena a 28 km, Radda in Chianti a 40 km, Firenze a 77 km. Un maneggio si trova è a soli 6 km dalla proprietà. Die Besitzer sind zwei ganz nette Leute ( sprechen leider nur Italienisch aber es gibt ein Tablet mit Übersetzer so das es problemlos mit der Verständigung klappt ) Der Pool ist ein Traum sehr gepflegt und groß ebenso das Grass und das ganze Anwesen ;-) Die Anfahrt erfolgt über 2,3 km lange Schotterstraße an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss , aber mit einwenig Übung kein Problem mehr darstellt . Es ist pure Erholung und Ruhe garantiert . Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. mal dort und planen unseren 3. urlaub schon . Das einzig negative was es zu sagen gibt sind die Matratzen , welche schon leicht durchgelegen sind . The appartment is actually above Colonna Del Grillo and not exactly in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The host did not speak English but she has some help in a young lad who spoke english really well. The appartment is clean, nicely furnished and overall really really cool. The exterior is beautiful, the view is amazing. The host provided the pool just as agreed on 1st of May and not a day later. All in all, I can say that the booking was extremely good value for money. The only thing that I've seen for the first time anywhere is that you have to pay for gas that you used at the end, which is kind of weird. Immersed in absolute silence, the only noises are the gallop of the horses or the grunts of wild boars that occasionally come close to the property. Vom Pool aus hat man einen guten Ausblick auf die toskanischen Hügel. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal, alles Nötige (bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine) ist vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht und nett, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Einmal wöchentlich veranstalten sie für ihre Gäste einen toskanischen Abend. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
