Piano terreno: ingresso, soggiorno (TV-sat., stereo) con accesso al primo piano, cucina aperta (forno, freezer, piccolo microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina caffè americano, ferro e asse da stiro) con tavolo da pranzo (6pers.) e accesso sull’esterno.
1° Piano (accesso tramite una scala a chiocciola oppure dall’esterno): salottino-camera con letto da una piazza e mezzo e accesso ad una piccola veranda chiusa con vetrate (5 m2) a attrezzata con tavolo per due persone, piccolo cucinotto di passaggio (piccolo forno elettrico, freezer) con accesso alla veranda, grande camera matrimoniale con accesso su una terrazza coperta (10 m2) e bagno privato con doccia, camera con 2 letti singoli, camera di passaggio con letto singolo (finestra a tetto), bagno con vasca.
Aria condizionata nelle due camere da letto principali e nella piccola veranda.

Tenuta Schnautzer is really a great property with excellent facilities and a very friendly famlily!! Its located next to the city of Lucca in a great hilly area with lots of trees, plants and flowers.

Lovely villa and owner - but dont go if you dont like the sound of dogs howling from nearby dog kennel! We jsut wanted to leave the villa every day to escape!

We stayed in the newest villa on the property and it is very spacious and bright - lots of windows and outdoor patio space. This villa is very nice, but it is in the country so it is necessary to drive for any necessities.

The tuscany villa website and service I found to be very helpful. It was easy and convenient to pay for the villa through the website. There are a large number of villas on your website, but the search engine and criteria helped to filter through them all.
The property and owners were excellent. The property was clean and well taken care of. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. They even drove us into town when we needed a ride. Overall an excellent villa, and we will recommend it to our friends and are considering going back for a future anniversary.
