The property is situated on the hills which surround Cortona. It's a characteristic villa in rustic style which develops on two independent levels, each equipped with kitchen and comforts.
The villa dates back to the XVIII century and has recently been restored in order to offer its guests a stay with all comforts.
Antica Fonte is a paradise for nature lovers. Here you will find privacy: the swimming pool is private and a spacious garden characterizes the property. Big oak, pine and chestnut trees render the atmosphere fresh and healthy….

The Villa disposes of a barbecue, outside tables and gazebo for al fresco dining which can be combined with traditional dishes prepared by us.
Antica Fonte is an ideal base from where you can visit the major art and cultural centres in Tuscany and Umbria… starting from Cortona, which is the nearest town, 13 kilometres from the property.

WiFi internet is available.

NOTE: In case the group is larger, just 100 m from Antca Fonte the owner can offer the villa Il Ciliegio: the 2 houses are completely independent but could be fine to lodge a group (or 2 families) up to 17 totally.

The villa is immersed in a green oasis in panoramic position, surrounded by oak and chestnut woods, where you may enjoy long peaceful walks. An Ideal place to relax and unwind, a complete paradise for nature lovers.
The large garden hosts a swimming pool surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and shady corners. For meals "al fresco" there is a lovely lodge.

The Villa is situated on two separate levels,
each accessible from the garden
Lower Lever: Sitting/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, second sitting room with fireplace, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (can be made into double), one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with tub.
Upper level: Sitting/dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (can be made into double), one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with tub.
Possibility of one small extra single bedroom on ground floor (on request).
