Graziosa casetta in pietra sulle pendici di un alta collina coperta da oliveti e boschi che, offre la possibilità di ammirare uno sconfinato panorama sulla vicina cittadina di Castiglion Fiorentino e su tutta la valle sottostante. L'ampio terrazzo panoramico davanti alla casa, attrezzato con mobili da esterno, consente di pranzare all'aperto o più semplicemente fare dei lunghi bagni di sole ammirando il suggestivo panorama.
Giardino completamente recintato, piscina e idromassaggio tra gli olivi. Nascoste tra gli olivi, si trovano una vasca idromassaggio (4 posti, dim. 2,20 x 2,20 - profondità 1 m), con possibilità di riscaldare l'acqua ed una graziosa piscina di dimensioni 6 x 3,50 m, profondità 1,50 m, che garantiranno un sicuro refrigerio nelle calde giornate estive. L'arredamento, in armonia con la casa, è semplice e confortevole. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, TV satellitare, lettore Dvd, stereo e lettore Cd.

A wonderful hide-away on a large and varied plot, with great views and comfortable outside living. Fully met our expectations.

Lovely little villa on the hill behind Castiglion Fiorentino. We didn't get to try the pool because the weather had cooled down but the spa was awesome overlooking the twinkling lights of town. Suggest you reserve a table for dinner well in advance as they book out and "walk ins" are turned away. Could do with an upgrade on the poor old creaky bed, but overall 80% happy.

What a wonderful location! If you want to "get away" yet still be a few minutes from a charming walled town and you like a great view and isolation Il Nido is a great choice. Luciano was a great host and he cared very much about us and our stay. We actually were there during the Palio in Castiglion Fiorentino so that was an added treat. You're located in the midst of an olive grove with a wonderful view of the Val di chiana, can't say enough.
