Monte del Lago è un antico casolare contadino in posizione estremamente panoramica, sulla cima di una collina coperta di olivi ed affacciata sul Lago Trasimeno. La villa con le sue due terrazze-solarium, la piscina privata (m. 5x12, profondità m. 1,20-2,00 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) e il giardino si affacciano sulle sponde del lago, e vi regaleranno ogni giorno un panorama da sogno… con acque argentate, piccoli ed assonnati paesini in lontananza e imbarcazioni che solcano piano la superficie del lago.
Monte del Lago è particolarmente indicata per gli amanti degli sport acquatici. Sulle spiagge attrezzate a pochi minuti di auto dalla villa, oltre che godere a pieno del caldo sole estivo, potrete praticare i classici sport acquatici come vela e windsurf, un divertimento assoluto per tutti, adulti e bambini.
Nell’ampio spazio verde attrezzato e ombreggiato da olivi secolari un patio con tavolo da ping-pong per avvincenti sfide in famiglia o tra amici.
Sui due lati della casa, a livello del piano primo, le due ampie terrazze affacciate sul Lago Trasimeno, secondo noi il miglior luogo per i vostri pranzi e cene all’aperto, per gli aperitivi la sera davanti al tramonto e per trascorrere rilassanti giornate alla brezza del lago.
Anche negli interni, la proprietaria, con mobili d'epoca e di artigianato locale è riuscita a creare un’atmosfera calda e rilassante. Una vacanza a Monte del Lago vi rimarrà nel cuore!
Descrizione degli Interni
PIANO PRIMO: Accessibile salendo una tipica scala esterna in pietra con tipica loggetta si compone di soggiorno con camino, divani e TV, cucina pranzo, due bagni con doccia di cui uno con lavatrice. Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia, soppalco con accesso a tipico terrazzino panoramico con tavolo, sedie ed ombrellone. Due camere matrimoniali e camera con due letti singoli. Dalla cucina e dal soggiorno si accede alla grande terrazza panoramica (60 m2) , in parte coperta ed attrezzata con barbecue, tavolo, sedie, salottino in vimini e sedia a dondolo.
IN DOTAZIONE:
Microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, lavastoviglie, forno, tostapane, macchina da caffè americana, barbecue, espresso, fornetto elettrico, bollitore.
Lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, zanzariere, ventilatori (4), seggiolone, asciugacapelli

A stunning location. An amazing view. A lovely pool. Isolated, yet close to amenities. This is a delightful, rustic, family villa. The key word is "rustic". As one of my daughters commented, it's a bit like staying at Granny's - charming but everything's a bit past its sell by date. We liked the aged simplicity but it might not be to everyone's taste, and trying to cook for more than 6 adults is a struggle. This is definitely not a villa for 12. The kitchen and cooker is just too small and while the kitchen is well stocked, not everything works as it should. The ground crew were great, replacing things promptly when asked and always with a smile. There's a campsite immediately below the villa on the lake, which in the summer has fairly regular parties. It didn't bother us particularly but just to be aware they did sometimes go on into the early hours. We'd go back because of the location, the convivial side terrace and pool, but we'd stick to 4/6 adults for most of the time.

You come for the location and forgive the inadequacies of the accommodation. But after two years here we won't be coming back. We'd hoped things might have improved this year, but sadly not. The facilities just aren't up to it. In the end they get you down. You simply don't expect to spend the first few days of you holiday asking for a list of basic items to be provided, or buying things yourself to equip the kitchen and bedrooms. Last year we described the place as having the charm of your granny's house. This year, from broken chairs and equipment, to torn bedsheets and bed bug ridden beds, the place felt neglected; as if granny had now moved out. It's such a shame because it's a lovely villa and it would take so little to make it better.
[Counter comment from the owner] For the next season 2024 the owner will surely make some improvements. Further the house will be rented for a maximum of 8 people to make the stay more comfortable.
