C'è qualcosa di speciale in questa bella proprietà situata sulle boscose colline che separano la valle della Chiana da quella dell'Arno, che per la sua posizione, gode anche di un facile accesso alle città di Arezzo, Firenze e Siena. Forse è il giardino curato e panoramico ombreggiato da alti pini e completamente recintato, la piscina privata (dimensioni 6 x 9 m. - profondità 1,20 m. - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) o forse la vasca idromassaggio (6 posti - a pagamento) posta tra gli olivi...? Oppure, potrebbe essere l’idea stessa della villa di campagna, la sua posizione appartata ma non isolata, e la calda atmosfera creata all'interno con colori pastello e arredamento rustico in stile.
Qualunque cosa pensiate che sia, adorerete questa bella villa e sarà il luogo ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o anche con il vostro gruppo di amici. Anche i vostri amici a quattro zampe di piccola taglia, qui saranno ben accetti. C’è uno spazio esterno con giochi per bambini, un comodo porticato molto ben attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e barbecue per cene e grigliate in compagnia. Per i più sportivi, anche una piccola palestra per non perdere l’allenamento anche in vacanza.
Per le sue caratteristiche oggettive (ingressi indipendenti e tre cucine) questa proprietà è particolarmente indicata per ospitare più nuclei familiari che decidano di trascorrere insieme le loro vacanze, pur mantenendo ognuno la propria autonomia.
I proprietari, molto cortesi e cordiali, offrono un’accoglienza speciale facendo trovare all’arrivo un cesto di benvenuto con prodotti di prima necessità.
Inoltre nel pieno rispetto dei regolamenti di risparmio energetico la casa è dotata di pannelli solari.

Een fijn en schoon huis in een rustige en mooie omgeving. Ook de gastvrijheid van de huiseigenaren was fijn om te ervaren. Het zwembad is een heerlijke manier om verkoeling te zoeken tijdens warm weer. Het zwembad en de tuin worden regelmatig onderhouden. De bedden zijn alleen niet van hele goede kwaliteit en sommige douches zijn aan vervanging toe.

We had a wonderful stay in vilino alba. House is perfectly equiped and we had a nice time with the whole family.
Location on a hill allowed for a constant breeze, very nice during the heatwave.
The only the way to the house is a small road full of sand and stones, ok if you drive very slowly.
Two minor points, during our stay due to the heat the color of the Swimming pool turned green, so the owners came to rescue and solved the problem very quickly.
Second unexpected was the extra cost for the usage of the jacuzzi. Not well described and even taken of the deposit at the end of our stay. Unpleasant surprise at the end.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
Hervorragendes Ferienhaus/Villa mit Pool, Whirlpool und Aussicht auf die Stadt/Landschaft. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden von Gläser bis zur Spül-, Waschmaschine, Herd, insgesamt 3 Küchen, 3 getrennte Häuser (Haus 2 und drei mit einer verschließbaren Tür verbunden). Fas alleingelegenes Haus auf einem Hügel in der nähe von Arezzo. Die erste Anfahrt erwies sich als ein Erlebnis, da wir den falschen Weg genommen haben. Deshalb die Anfahrtsbeschreibung genau lesen, dann kommt man auch gleich an. Haben einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Rom, Chinque Terre sind durchaus möglich. Aber ebenso ist das Entspannen am Pool oder das Flanieren durch Arezzo eine schöne Abwechslung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gerne Auskunft. Wir haben uns an einem Abend ausgesperrt, da sind sie sogar Nachts um halb 12 noch gekommen und haben uns aufgesperrt. Am Samstag haben Sie uns einen Kuchen und einen Likör vorbeigebracht - richtig nett von ihnen. Den Pool haben sie regelmäßig während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Zu Beginn stand ein Willkommenskorb mit verschiedenen regionalen Lebensmittel, Masken und Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts einzuwenden. Wir verbringen dort definitiv wieder den Urlaub. Zum Schluss wollten wir noch ein Trinkgeld geben, welches Sie dankend abgelehnt haben und sie gesagt haben, wir sollen uns davon lieber etwas anderes auf unserem Heimweg kaufen. Das Ferienhaus sieht auch wirklich wie auf den Bildern aus. Es ist einfach wirklich 5 Sterne wert.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Superb house / villa with pool, hot tub and city / countryside views. Very lovingly furnished. Everything available from glasses to dishwasher, washing machine, stove, a total of 3 kitchens, 3 separate units (house 2 and 3 connected by a lockable door). Almost solitary house on a hill near Arezzo. The first approach turned out to be an experience as we took the wrong route. Therefore read the directions carefully, then you will arrive immediately. Had a wonderful vacation. Day trips to Florence, Pisa, Rome, Chinque Terre are quite possible. But relaxing by the pool or strolling through Arezzo is also a nice change. The landlords are very nice and are happy to provide information. We locked ourselves out one evening when they even came at half past eleven and unlocked us. On Saturday they brought us a cake and a liqueur - really nice. They cleaned the pool regularly during our stay. At the beginning there was a welcome basket with various regional foods, masks and disinfectants. The house is very clean. There is nothing wrong with that. We will definitely spend the vacation there again. At the end we wanted to give a tip, which they declined with thanks and said we should buy something else on our way home. La villa est vraiment très agréable et très au calme. Elle est très spacieuse, bien entretenue avec un beau terrain et une piscine magnifique. La vue est splendide et les accès pour bouger Dans la région sont très pratiques. Les propriétaires ont été très gentils et très à l’ecoute. Ils nous ont offerts des fruits, des biscuits et du vin. Nous etions 11 personnes et chacun a trouvé sa place. Le barbecue et la terrasse ombragés nous ont permis de passer d’excellentes soirées. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison car elle a tout pour plaire.

It was a great holiday! The view, the house and the swimmingpool. The owners are really nice. They brought us a selfmade cake and wine and even ice-Cream for the children because it was so hot. They were great!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Motorradreisenden in dieser schönen Villa.
Die Villa liegt versteckt in einer wundervollen Traumlage. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung von Arezzo ist gigantisch.
Die Ausstattung der Villa ist für größere Familien, aber auch für kleinere Gruppen vollkommen ausreichend. Für kühle Abende steht ein sehr gemütlicher Holzofen in der Wohnküche zur Verfügung. Das Highlight war der Jacuzzi und der schöne Pool. Es gibt nicht schöneres, als nach einer langen Motorradtour in einem warmen Whirpool mit einem kühlen Bier zu verweilen ;-) Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am vorletzten Tag brachten sie uns einen super leckeren Apfelbiskuit-Kuchen. 10 Sterne alleine schon für diesen Apfelkuchen !
