Villa Neri is situated in San Lorenzo in close driving proximity to Cortona. Cortona is an antique Etruscan town which lies in the heart of the Chiana valley. You can even see the town perched on the hill in front of you. The property is surrounded by sunflower fields, which normally are in full bloom in June/Juky and add the Tuscan feel to it. An oak wood completes the picturesque scenery.
Furthermore the property has to offer a complete independent spacious garden, which invites its guests to relax and enjoy the complete tranquillity or al fresco dining on the external veranda equipped with tables and chairs. With the barbecue and wood-burning oven you can prepare your own pizza and grill whilst admiring the sunset.

The garden hosts a swimming pool (5x10) situated close to the villa in a panoramic position with view on Cortona.

The strategic position of the villa allows it to reach in a short time the street net, which will take you to the most beautiful historic and artistic towns like Siena, Perugia, Assisi etc.

Villa Neri is composed of two apartments on the first floor, which are independent from each other and are not connected internally.
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 5 burner stove, water heater, electric oven, toaster) and a spacious living room with a sleeping sofa.
On the ground floor there is storage room (closed). The house is completely private, nobody else lives here.
