The owner lives in a separate house.

Borgo VIlla Risi is a splendid property located in a hill called: Poggio al Vento; it is closed to the historical center of Siena that offers to its hosts services and confort of high level.

Each flat is provided with: bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating system, microwave oven, kitchen area with dishwasher and satellite TV.
Each flat has, besides the shared spaces, a small external equipped yard.
The complex can be accessed to through a remote-controlled gate directly in the parking area.

At guests' disposal:
Swimming pool ( saltwater pool, no chlorine ) 6 x 12 mt, depth from 1.20 to 1.60 mt. Open from 01 May to 30 September.
