Villa La Martina offers its guests a different experience compared to the usual self-catering country villa holiday.
A totally carefree holiday experience where our competent, friendly staff is always at our customers’ service to satisfy every need and desire throughout the day.
Villa La Martina is an enchanting hotel situated in the uncontaminated Valdambra at the centre of the important cultural triangle; Florence, Siena, Arezzo. In the heart of the Tuscan countryside and yet within easy reach of the main tourist attractions.
The Villa La Martina is a converted farmhouse which consists of two buildings: in the main building there is the hotel where guests are located, in the second there is the restaurant “La Martina". (not for the exclusive use of the villa's renters).
The villa has nine bedrooms and each of the tastefully-appointed guest rooms has a private bathroom, satellite TV, mini-bar, air-conditioning, wireless Internet, safe and telephone, there is no kitchen for self catering.

Ambra with food shops 8 km, Siena: 33 km, Arezzo 57 km, Firenze 75 km.
A bus service is also active, even if we recommend to rent a car to move around more freely.
The property offers ample free parking.

The adult pool measures 18 m (length) to 9 m (width) by 1.8 m (depth).
The pool for kids measures 8 m (length) by 5 m (width).
The pools are always open from May to September and are equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
Gym, baby cots and high chairs, Air conditioning and heating, free Wifi, Tennis court and Polo fields.
From the restaurant and the hotel you can gaze over a unique landscape, with fields set up for polo games and riding stables alongside. All this makes Villa La Martina a tranquil and familiar place where you can spend happy days in contact with nature.
The land on which lies the Relais, including the restaurant, polo fields and stables measuring approximately 20 hectares.
Extra services:
On request it is possible to organize cooking classes. Our hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes to enjoy the wonderfully intense flavor and freshness of traditional Italian dishes cooked in our professional kitchen overlooking the green Polo fields.
Participants cook and eat dishes prepared using fresh, organic and natural ingredients. A complete meal such as appetizers, a pasta dish, pizza, a vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert is prepared every day and is accompanied by the wine which best complements it.
At Villa La Martina the hands-on experience in the kitchen is enriched by guided art tours, visits to wine and food producers, open markets and art workshops.
Yoga and Pilates
THERAPEUTIC THERMAL POOLS: Cold, temperate and hot baths.
The most immediate way of enjoying the beneficial and regenerating heat of thermal water is certainly to immerse yourself in the pools of ANTICA QUERCIOLAIA located in the near village of RAPOLANO TERME (only 15 KM from Relais La Martina), letting yourself be pampered by the mystical and suggestive ambience of their steam.
At the Terme Antica Querciolaia spa, they offer a wide range of thermal treatments and therapies that answer the different needs of clients: from therapy to prevention to wellness.

The villa is composed of 3 units
1 - The family house is located in a tower consisting of three bedrooms and a living room with fireplace.
Room 5 – first floor, off lounge area, access from an external staircase:
Large air conditioned, double/triple room with en suite bathroom. Tastefully furnished in traditional Tuscan style the room overlooks the polo club and open countryside. Features include terracotta flooring, double bed and a single sofa bed with luxury bedding, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone and safe. The en-suite bathroom is tastefully decorated in travertine and has a shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and a complete set of complimentary toiletries.
Room 6 – first floor, off lounge area, access from an external staircase
Standard size, air conditioned, double room with en suite bathroom. Tastefully furnished in traditional Tuscan style the room enjoys views across open countryside. Features include double bed with luxury bedding, terracotta flooring, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone and safe. The en-suite bathroom is tastefully decorated in travertine and has a shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and a complete set of complimentary toiletries.
Room 10 – second floor,
access from an external staircase and then via a spiral staircase from first floor lounge area.

2- The Garden Rooms are a complex of 3 beautiful rooms located on the ground floor of the building on a garden and consists of room 2 room 3 room 4:
