Le Balze è una bellissima casa vacanze (200 mq) con aria condizionata, piscina privata e internet Wi-Fi. La proprietà può accogliere comodamente fino a dieci ospiti in cinque camere da letto con tre bagni. La proprietà è posizionata a soli 10 km di distanza da Camaiore (Italia) e solo a 14 km di distanza da Viareggio. La costa toscana con le sue spiagge da sogno è pronta ad offrire a te e ai tuoi compagni di viaggio un'esperienza unica caratterizzata da una vasta offerta di attività come gite in barca ed immersioni; il tutto ad una breve distanza dalla struttura (12 km). Nei paesi vicini ci sono negozi e piccoli alimentari dove poter trovare prodotti freschi e genuini. Se non riesci a trovare ciò di cui hai bisogno in zona, a soli 18 km di distanza dalla struttura hai a disposizione un centro commerciale con tutto ciò che si possa desiderare.
Cosa ti aspetta
Questa confortevole villa è in posizione luminosa e tranquilla sulle colline Versiliane, ai piedi delle Alpi Apuane, a soli 5 km da Camaiore e a 12 km da Pietrasanta. E' ideale per coloro che vogliono stare vicini al mare, che è ad appena 12 km, ed al tempo stesso cercano una buona base per girare queste zone della Toscana. Al piano inferiore, al livello della piscina, ci sono un fresco e spazioso soggiorno e 2 camere che possono ospitare 4 persone ulteriori. Essendo queste due camere meno luminose e di standard non identico alle altre della casa, proponiamo la casa per 6 persone ma con la possibilità di alloggiarne fino a 10.
L'ultimo tratto di strada di accesso alla villa è stretto, e può essere un po' difficile per chi guida un van molto grande.
All'arrivo a Le Balze troverai una bellissima casa vacanze, pulita e tenuta in ottime condizioni con vista sulle colline, ideale per una piacevole vacanza in Toscana. Per il tuo divertimento troverai una piscina privata dove poterti rilassare mentre ti godi una bibita rinfrescante dopo una giornata frenetica ricca di visite ai musei locali. Condividere un pasto in compagnia di famiglia e amici è un grande aspetto della cultura toscana. Approfitta della cucina ben accessoriata per preparare pasti utilizzando prodotti locali freschi e genuini mentre ti trovi in vacanza. La cucina è provvista di macchinetta del caffè, microonde, tostapane e frigorifero, così come un numero sufficiente di stoviglie e posate per un massimo di dieci persone. sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und sauberem Pool.
Ungewöhnlich viele Sitzgelegenheiten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
Übergabe leider nur italienisch sprechend, aber überaus freundlich.
Aussicht sehr schön, da hoch über dem Ort, was aber auch bedeutet, dass man eine Anfahrt über teils sehr enge und kurvige Strasse nehmen muss.
in der Nachbarschaft nur kleine ländliche Häuser, keine Ruhestörung auch nicht durch Hundegebell.

La situation est idéale (proche de la mer et des grandes ville). La maison est bien équipée (surtout la cuisine) et les extérieurs sont très beaux cependant, il y a 2 problèmes qui ne sont pas des moindres:
- le chemin pour accéder à la maison est très étroit et très abîmé! Toutes nos voitures touchaient et il y en a même une qui a rayé son flanc tellement le passage était étroit.
- les lits et la literie sont à revoir. En effet, les matelas sont tellement fins que nous sentions les ressorts dans notre dos. Il n’y avait pas de couverture (qu’un drap de lit qu’il faisait office de couverture) et les cadres de lit en fer forgé faisaient du bruit des qu’on s’asseyait dessus ou que l’on bougeait un peu.

Excellent stay at this gorgeous villa located on the hills of Camaiore. Perfect location a short drive to local shops and also close enough to Viareggio. House was very well maintained, very clean, the pool was the best part of our stay we really enjoyed it . Highly recommended.

Eine Woche lang Villa le Balze: wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus sowie die Gartenanlage mit Pool sind großartig. Das Haus ist mit drei Toilette und drei Duschen (eine davon außen am Pool) ausreichend ausgestattet, wie auch die Küche.
Die Betten waren allesamt in Ordnung, das Haus war Anfang Juni angenehm Kühl. Da es in Italien noch nicht viele Sonnenstunden dieses Jahr gab, war der Pool sehr kalt.
Die Besitzerin ist super - auch wenn Sie nur Italienisch spricht kommt man gut mit ihr klar. Wir hatten das Problem, dass der Warmwasser-Boiler im Haus defekt war, jedoch wurde dies umgehen durch Easyreserve und die Besitzerin geregelt, das war top.
Was wir störend fanden war die ständige Huperei der Autos auf den engen Bergstraßen von morgens bis Abends.
Verbesserung: wir haben im EG kenne zweiten Kühlschrank vermisst, da mit 6 bi 8 Personen ein einziger Kühlschrank nicht wirklich ausreicht und man zu einem größeren Supermarkt gute 18 Kilometer fährt.
Alles in allem ein super Haus das wir nur weiterempfehlen könnenan Gruppen, die es nicht stört, direkte Nachbarn zu haben.
Ach ja: Anfahrt mit SUVs oder größeren Autos nicht möglich.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Villa le Balze for a week: we'll be back. The house as well as the garden with pool were great. The house is equipped with three toilets and three showers (one outside the pool), as well as the kitchen.
The beds were all ok, the house was cool in early June. As there were not many sunny hours in Italy this year, the pool was very cold.
The owner is great - even if you speak only Italian you get along well with her. We had the problem that the hot water boiler in the house was broken, but this was handled by Easy Reserve and the owner, that was great.
What we found disturbing was the constant honking of the cars on the narrow mountain roads from morning to evening.
Improvement: on the ground we missed a second fridge, since with 6 to 8 people a single fridge is not really enough and the drive to a larger supermarket is a good 18 km.
All in all, a great house that we can only recommend to groups that do not mind having direct neighbors.

Fabulous villa in the most glorious of settings. A plethora of space and equipment available and the privacy is wonderful. Views from villa are breathtaking too .

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und idyllisch zwischen Olivenhain und Weinberg. Morgens kräht teilweise ein Hahn und es gibt eine automatische Bewässerungsanlage für den Garten, die ihre Geräusche macht, hierdurch können sehr hellhörige geweckt werden, aber die Zimmer sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch sehr dicht. Der Weg zum Haus ist mit großem Auto etwas beschwerlich, weil eng und uneben.
Dafür überzeugt das Haus aber mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und mit bestmöglicher Ausstattung, angefangen bei Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, auch Liegehandtücher für den Pool sind vorhanden. Ordentliche Matratzen, sehr gute Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und kleine Pröbchen im Badezimmer. Daneben gibt es genügend Sonnenschirme, Holzkohlegrill und Pizzaofen (bei uns war alles für den Gebrauch der Geräte vorhanden). Die Küche beinhaltet neben Geschirr auch Weingläser und Öffner, sowie eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine und eine Dolce Gusto Padvariante.
Vorhanden sind auch eine kleine Waschküche mit Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Waschmaschine, sowie zweitem Kühlschrank, was bei der Zahl der Personen die untergebracht werden können viel wert ist. Wir waren insgesamt sehr begeistert von der Sauberkeit, der tollen Lage mit Meerblick und der super guten Ausstattung des Hauses. Die Besitzerin kümmert sich sehr herzlich, spricht aber nur Italienisch.

The house is beautifully situated, quiet and idyllic between olive grove and vineyard. In the morning a cock partly crows and there is an automatic irrigation system for the garden, which makes its noises that can awaken, but the rooms are also very good isolated with the closed windows. The way to the house is a bit difficult with a big car because it's narrow and uneven.
But the property is plenty of parking and with the best facilities one can wish, starting with bed linen and towels, towels for the pool are also available. Good mattresses, very good screens in front of the windows. There are plenty of umbrellas, charcoal for the grill and pizza oven (we had everything available for the use of the equipment ). The kitchen includes not only dishes, but also wine glasses and openers, as well as a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto pad coffee machine.
There is also a small laundry room with iron, ironing board and washing machine, as well as a second fridge, which is worth the number of people who can be accommodated. Overall we were very impressed with the cleanliness, the great location with sea views and the super good facilities of the house. This villa is excellent from a bedroom to pool to facilities perspective. However, please be cautious that the driveway into the villa is along a very narrow alley and with a few angles to navigate. We got our rental car scratched so, this holiday cost is 50% more than we intended to. I didn't read about this anywhere on the documents we were sent, nor from other reviews.
We stayed for a week in this beautiful, spacious villa, in a lovely elevated, peaceful location. We found the villa to be very clean. The weather was wonderful and we really appreciated the air conditioning in some of the bedrooms. The villa garden was well kept with a lovely large pool and poolside sun beds. We enjoyed the outside pizza oven and bbq. The views from the upstairs terrace were beautiful. Would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely villa.
