Ca' de Tonco è un antico casolare in pietra che riporta alle più antiche origini contadine Toscane. Posto su di un'alta collina, tra boschi, pascoli e campi coltivati a pochi km dalla città di Arezzo, è il luogo ideale per coloro che si vogliono allontanare dallo stress e dal rumore della vita cittadina. La casa è raggiungibile attraverso una panoramica strada non asfaltata, lunga circa 4 km che attraversa il bosco, e con tratti piuttosto ripidi, ben tenuta, ma non adatta ad auto sportive.
A circa 10 km di distanza Arezzo offre di tutto: ristoranti, negozi per lo shopping, supermercati e importanti opere d'arte, dipinti di Piero della Francesca, capolavori di Giorgio Vasari quali il Loggiato di Piazza Grande, dove ogni anno si svolge la Giostra del Saracino, antico torneo cavalleresco in costumi medievali, chiese e musei.
Ca' de Tonco dispone di un giardino di 900 m2 completamente recintato con staccionata e rete alta 1,60 m e quindi perfetta per potare in vacanza anche i vostri amici a 4 zampe che potranno correre liberi ed in sicurezza all’interno della proprietà. A lato della casa si trova la bella piscina privata (anch'essa recintata, dimensioni m. 4x8, profondità m. 1,40 - aperta dal 24 Aprile al 2 Ottobre), posta su di una terrazza naturale estremamente panoramica, attrezzata con gazebo, tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto, barbecue e forno a legna. Inoltre potrete trascorrere divertenti pomeriggi a giocare a ping-pong o a rilassarvi sull’amaca leggendo un buon libro. L'arredamento rustico ma confortevole si intona con le caratteristiche della proprietà.

PIANO PRIMO: Ingresso da scala esterna, antico forno a legna, ampio soggiorno-pranzo con camino, divano e angolo cottura. Due camere matrimoniali, una camera con letto da una piazza e mezzo (1,20x1,90 m.), bagno con doccia.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca De Tonco. The Villa is situated in a remote location up in the Tuscan hills.
The drive to the Villa along the steep and windy gravel track takes a bit of getting used to, but the rewards are considerable, as you find yourself truly secluded without any disturbances once you arrive at Ca De Tonco. I grew to enjoy the drive and there are some stunning views of the valley as you reach the higher ground along the path.
The views from the Villa need to be experienced to be believed. They are both breathtaking and peaceful. The Villa itself has everything you need to enjoy yourself, with a pool, table tennis table, hammock and BBQ available. The size of the Villa was perfect for a family of 4 like ours. Our host Giulia was helpful and friendly and the provision of coal and firefighters for the BBQ was a nice touch.
Florence is around 1 hour 20 minutes away, so were able to enjoy a day out there as a family (we recommend parking at Villa Costanza and getting the tram into Florence). Arezzo is also highly recommended and around 30 minutes drive from the Villa. The higher parts of Arezzo have gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape, and there was a buzzing atmosphere in the town square when we visited on a Friday evening.
There are plenty of supermarkets in the nearby area, including the gigantic Co op. The local ingredients are fantastic, with the watermelon and lemons delicious in August when we visited.

The farmhouse was clean and comfortable and in an amazing location. The best view for swimming! The dirt track to get to and from the farmhouse is steep and its worthwhile buying food before you get there! Great walks and plenty of wildlife to spot. An amazing place to spend 2 weeks. Nearby Arezzo, is a lovely town too!

Très bel endroit mais attention le chemin pour accéder à la maison est très long et surtout très accidenté, prévoir une voiture tout terrain.

Ca De Tonco is a perfekt place to relax. The place is very beautiful, around the house with the wood and it`s so quiet that you can listen to wild. The house inside looks like an old fashion farmhouse and its sooo clean. The owner of this Casa are very nice and courteous with the tourists. We was very happy to stand there for one week and we recommend it everytime.

Sehr sehr schönes Haus, wer Ruhe braucht und die Natur geniessen will, ist das das richtige. Mit 20 Minuten erreicht man die Stadt Arezzo und sonnst schöne Orten. Die weg beschreiben muss besser beschrieben werden. Sonnst TOP

Pour les amateurs de "seuls au monde". Confort réduit mais suffisant. Jeunes propriétaires extrêmement gentils et accueillants. Le chemin d'accès nécessite une voiture en bon état, plutôt 4X4. Nous y avons croisé chevreuil, lièvres, faisans et sangliers.

We had a great week in Ca De Tonco and enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful location. The young hosts were a delight to talk to and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Only thing is the dirt road leading to the house - it is not the best and it takes 10 minutes to drive in a normal car. As long at You remember to plan Your shopping it's no problem and we would love to return. Out traveling party was 2 adults and two children (10 and 13 years).

It was a very nice country house. All equipment working, bedrooms are very nice and good. Swimming pool was always cleaned by the owner. You live there very relaxed and the view is great.

Liebevoll in toskanischem Stil eingerichtetes Steinhaus. Traumhafte Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Haus, der Pool und der wunderschöne Garten sind sauber und sehr gepflegt. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Der gemauerte Grill ist super und auch für ein abendliches Feuer geeignet. Die Anfahrt zum abgelegenen Haus ist für sich schon eine Reise wert. Ein gut motorisiertes Auto ist von Vorteil, da man doch einige Steigungen überwinden muss. Wir waren ab Mitte September dort und konnten sogar noch den Pool benutzen, obwohl das Wasser dann schon etwas frisch wurde.
Weit und breit keine Menschen, nur Natur. Zum Wandern perfekt geeignet. Man kann entweder kilometerweit am Bach entlang wandern oder auf die einzelnen umliegenden Berge steigen. Kleine Wege findet man überall. Es gibt viele Tiere zu beobachten. Traumhafter ruhiger Natururlaub.

Lovingly decorated in Tuscan style stone house. Fantastic location with fantastic views of the mountains. The house, the pool and the beautiful garden are clean and well maintained. Everything necessary is available. The brick barbecue is great and also suitable for an evening fire. The approach to the secluded house is worth a trip in itself. A well-motorised car is an advantage, as you have to overcome some gradients. We were there from mid-September and could even use the pool, although the water was a bit fresh.
Far and wide no people, only nature. Perfect for hiking. You can either walk for miles along the stream or climb on the surrounding mountains. Small ways can be found everywhere. There are many animals to watch. Fantastic quiet nature holiday.Raccomanderesti la Proprietà ad un amico? Si
