Casale il Trecento è una confortevole villa con un buon equilibrio tra la comodità moderna e lo stile autentico della casa colonica del 1800. Si narra che in tempi passati, i terreni adiacenti alla villa venivano utilizzati come poligono di tiro. Si mirava su dei tirassegni dalla distanza di circa 300 metri, da qui il caratteristico nome della villa. Sul posto anche una antichissima, piccola cantina con una volta del 1600. La villa è situata in posizione panoramica a 1,5 km dal paese di Castiglion Fiorentino che si può raggiungere con una breve passeggiata. Vi consigliamo la passeggiata per andare in paese, senza prendere l’auto potrete camminare fino a uno dei tipici ristoranti nelle viuzze del paese, oppure andare semplicemente a prendervi un caffè al bar o un fresco gelato artigianale.
Trascorrerete di sicuro una felice vacanza in famiglia o con gli amici al casale. Grazie alla sua posizione, Casale Il Trecento, renderà facile combinare viaggi culturali ad Arezzo, Siena e Firenze con giornate di relax intorno alla bella piscina privata a sfioro (dim. 6 x12- profondità 1,40 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre). Tutto intorno alla villa e alla piscina un ampio giardino (circa 16.000 m2) con olivi secolari interamente recintato, dove anche i vostri amici animali si sentiranno a casa.
Chi ama rispettare l’ambiente sarà felice di sapere che la casa attinge acqua potabile da un pozzo, quindi non sarà necessario acquistare pesanti bottiglie di plastica.
Un altro dei punti forti della villa, secondo noi, è il terrazzo panoramico attrezzato, che dal soggiorno si affaccia sulla collina. Siamo sicuri che qui trascorrerete serate indimenticabili alla brezza notturna, davanti ad un calice di buon vino locale.
Il proprietario gestisce altre 3 ville che condividono il campo da tennis privato che si trova a circa 800 m. di distanza dal casale.

PIANO PRIMO: con ingresso da scala esterna (5 scalini) su piccolo disimpegno, due camere matrimoniali, bagno con doccia, ampio e luminoso soggiorno-pranzo con camino, divani e ampio angolo cottura, accesso a terrazzo panoramico arredato con tavolo, panche e ombrellone per mangiare fuori. Camera matrimoniale con camino e bagno privato con doccia, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia.
PIANO TERRA: porticato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, antiche stalle con mangiatoie e pavimenti in pietra originali e tavolo e panche per rilassarsi al fresco, stanza lavanderia.

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely garden and great swimming pool. All rooms hve air conditioning which was great because we were there during a heat wave. There are several places, in and out of the sun, for eating s well as barbecue and pizz oven. The rooms re spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The villa is a2 minut drive from the village where you can find a good supermarket (Conad), a really good gelato shop (Mondo) and plenty of architecture in the old part of Castillion. Trains run from the Village to Arrezzo , and Corton is a 15 minute drive and well worth visiting. Carlotta, the owner, was brilliant and relly helpful. Her family make a relly good red wine plus olive oil both of which we bought to take home. I tried to upload more photos but it wouldn't let me even though they were of the right size. Pity, but the place was perfect for us

Excellent accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Maison et piscine dans un cadre de rêve. Nous étions 8 adultes et un enfant, tous ravis du séjour.

We had a wonderful holiday at Casale Il Trecento. The house is very large and spacious and the swimming pool is amazing. There is no air conditioning, so it can get a little hot, but this wasn't an issue for us. The house is well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all the basic needs but it's not luxurious in any way. This did not bother us, but may be an issue for other people. The gas boiler can play up at times, but very easily fixed and again this did not really affect our stay. Despite these minor issues, we felt at home there and we were quite happy to stay longer if we could. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by the owners, who were extremely friendly and helpful. The area itself is also gorgeous and the local town is only 5 minutes away and is well worth a visit. Overall a great holiday at a great place.

We had an incredible week at Casale il Trecento. The house is even better than the pictures would tell you. The swimming pool is amazing, the house is very clean, and the owners are available at any moment, and so very friendly. We would definitely like to come back! Is it only 5 minute drive to shops and the town, however on the hill with a spectacular view.

We had a lovely week in this property. The accommodation was excellent with 4 good sized double bedrooms. The kitchen was fairly basic but perfect for our needs with 2 fridges which were very useful. The grounds were stunning with the backdrop of a beautiful olive grove and a stunning swimming pool. The views were very impressive. The owners were delightful and we made good use of their excellent tennis court.

Farmhouse set in stunning location surrounded by olive groves, with views of valley below.
Great size pool for adults and children, clean and well maintained. Good sized gardens with numerous areas to relax, eat and socialise. Simple and tasteful interior, plenty of space. Great location for access to larger towns eg. Cortona and Assisi and train station within 5 minute drive with direct line to Florence. Great fun using wood fired pizza oven. The villa was beautiful, location ideal. Very private and quiet, just what we hoped for, the owners were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We hope to return again soon.
